城市是人们栖居的地方，城市里包容了生活百态，工作、生活、娱乐，这里发生的一切都与我们自己息息相关，通过MoCA城市记忆系列工作坊，艺术家将带着大家用不同的形式回忆生活中的点滴，一起来学习用艺术的手法制作属于自己的艺术品。

Cities are where people dwell. Cities are home to various facets of living such as work, entertainment, social lives. Events that occur within cities encapsulate our identity. Through MoCA’s “City Memories” workshop series, artists will teach fellow city dwellers different ways to record and express their city experiences through a multitude of mediums.

MoCA君将协同艺术家与观众一起以打破常规的视角，去观察城市中的人、事、物。用绘画的语境，来叙述我们的生活故事。

MoCA will collaborate with artists and audiences in creative ventures, fostering a new perspective in viewing people, events, and objects within cities. Using art as the medium, we will express our life experiences with pen and paper.

同济大学毕业后，在国外知名建筑公司从事建筑设计工作近9年，参与过位于德国、新西兰、悉尼的诸多建筑设计的项目。现合伙与一家建筑设计工作室。作为建筑师的同时还不断扩展设计领域，跨界策划展览以及艺术创作。策划设计黑匣系列展览、Airbnb主题活动展装置、裸心谷室内部分以及家具设计、参与2008年上海双年展等。

After graduating from Tongji University, Ju-An worked in notable foreign architectural firms for nearly 9 years. During this time, Ju-An took part in international projects spanning Germany, New Zealand, Sydney, and many others. She is currently a partner at an architecture atelier. As a working architect, Ju-An is also pushing boundaries in design fields, interdisciplinary event planning, and creative arts. Ju-An also took part in planning the Design Blackbox series, Airbnb themed events, Naked Hub’s interior design, and other furniture design. Ju-An also participated in Shanghai Biennale in 2008.

Could I trade a picture of a city for a snippet of your city memories?

半夜睡不着/ 路上堵车/ 和朋友吵架......

Insomnia/ stuck in traffic/ quarrels with friends……

当你想倾诉的时候，是否找不到合适的对象，MoCA故事贩卖机就是这样一个平台，它可以包容你所有的心事和故事，发给任何一个远在其他城市的人，而你也将看到他人的心事，但你们互相不会认识，情感却能通过照片和文字得到共识与共鸣。

Do you find yourself lacking an outlet for your complaints or confessions? When you’re looking for a place to complain, MoCA’s Story Vending Machine offers you the platform to do so. We will hear your stories and maybe even absolve you of your sins, but at the very least you can vent your inner frustrations here. You can also view confessions from others here, favourite it, or send it to those in different cities. Even though posts are anonymous, we hope you can find some sort of solidarity or understanding through people’s words.
