Galerie Dumonteil is currently looking for 2 to 3 interns.

职位要求 | Ideal Candidates

- 具备良好的沟通能力，英文听说读写流畅，法语优秀者优先考虑

- 细心负责，成熟稳重，有团队精神

- 对艺术有兴趣，有艺术教育背景或画廊工作经验者为佳

- 会使用Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop等设计软件者为佳

- Good communication skills with excellent command of English or French - written and spoken, ideally bilingual or trilingual speakers

- An attentive and responsible team player

- Those who are interested in art, have an educational background in fine arts or past gallery work experience are preferred

- Computer savvy with design software skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign

工作时间 | Working Hours

周二至周日 (Tue-Sun)，11:00 - 19:00

实习生要求每周出勤最少三个工作日（含周末一天），实习周期不少于3个月。实习周期从2019年9月起，为期3至6个月。

A minimum of three working days per week is required, and the internship period shall be no less than three months, starting from September 2019.

工作内容 | Tasks and Duties

- 协助画廊团队举办展览、准备及翻译相关稿件

- 维护和更新社交媒体平台，包括撰写原创微信文章等

- 协助日常访客接待、参观导览及其他运营工作

- 与国际化团队合作，完成各项相关工作

- Assist the team to prepare exhibition documents that require translations among Chinese, English, and French

- Maintain and update social media platforms, including WeChat, Facebook, etc.

- Assist in daily visitor reception, tour guides, and other operations

- Cooperate with an international team to complete related tasks

Founded in Paris in 1982, Galerie Dumonteil has been a major player in the market of the figurative sculpture. For more than two decades, the gallery has devoted itself to the discovery and promotion of talented contemporary artists.

如今，杜梦堂在巴黎和上海均设有同名空间，两个展览空间定期举办主题性和学术性展览，由此向欧美及亚洲藏家推荐上至二十世纪初，下至当代杰出艺术家的作品。创始人皮耶·杜梦堂(Pierre Dumonteil)作为二十及二十一世纪雕塑和绘画领域的鉴定专家，在为画廊积累丰富藏品的同时，与各大美术馆和机构展开合作，如巴黎钱币博物馆 (Monnaie de Paris)，30年代博物馆 (Musée des années 30)，BBK基金会 (Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Foundation)等；画廊的学术研究部门则长期致力于编撰重要艺术家的出版物和作品全集。

The gallery has two gallery spaces in Paris and in Shanghai. The headquarter in Paris serves to gather the collection of artworks from the 1930s to the present, collaborate with museums and institutions such as Monnaie de Paris, Musée des années 30, Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Foundation, and the research department of the gallery has committed to publishing influential publications and catalog raisonnés of important artists. The space in Shanghai focuses on the dialogue between young artists and the rediscovery of art-historical positions, especially the zeitgeist of the Interwar Period, promoting represented artists to international audiences through focused themed exhibitions.

杜梦堂是法国专业画廊委员会（Comité professionnel des Galeries d’Art）、法国左岸古董商协会（Carré Rive Gauche）、法国国家专家协会（Compagnie Nationale des Experts）和法国国家古董商工会（Syndicat National des Antiquaires）的成员。
