
2019年5月10日央美毕业季以“未来考古学”为主题,畅想百年以后的中央美术学院。这既是基于当下的未来蓝图描绘,同样也是学院厚重历史的文脉的传承。
每年毕业季,在央美实验艺术板块,总能看到源于传统的实验作品。“传统”与“当代”、“新”与“旧”在大多数人眼中是割裂的,或者说是对立的。但,在这类实验作品中,它们是一体的,更准确地说是将当下无法解决的困惑放在历史的长河中来思考。
面对传统的心态,不是简单地回去,而是去除尘封显现当下仍在运行的内核。神话学家坎贝尔将其称为“重新活化传统,将它变成今日有效的生活经验,而不是一些过时的陈词滥调。”
On May 10, 2019, the graduation season of CAFAwill take "future archaeology" as the theme and imagine CAFA after100 years. This is not only a blueprint for the future baseing on today, butalso the inheritance of the profound historical context of the college. Duringthe graduation season, experimental art works from traditional cultureare always available in this exhibition . "Tradition" and"contemporary", "new" and "old" are separated oropposite in most people's eyes. But in this kind of experimental art work, theyare integrated. they put the unresolved perplexity ofthe present into the long stream of history. Faceing chinese traditional culture, it is not simply to go back,but to remove the dust and find the kernel still running. The mythologist JosephCampbell calls it "reactivating the tradition and turning it into aneffective life experience today, rather than some outdatedcliche."

作品自述:作品最初的灵感源于一次对杜尚虚薄概念的命题创作。思路是将这两个晦涩难懂的字变成散开的图形,表现一种虚薄的感觉。逐渐梳理出一个方法,即从图形视角对汉字书法进行拆解最终依托机械运动将变化的图像表现出来。此件作品由此延伸而来,共由两部分组成。第一部分引用题西林壁这首描写观看事物角度的诗歌,通过解构诗歌变化出一些不太明确的图形意象。第二部分引用十二生肖文字,通过成语典故做逻辑关联,解构文字后行成较为具体的图像尝试。

Work description:
the initial inspiration of the work comesfrom a concept of thin from MarcelDucharm's. The idea is to turn these two obscure words into spreading figures,showing the feeling about thin. I got a method gradually, graphic perspectiveof Chinese calligraphy disassemble into the images relying mechanical motion. This work is extended fromthis and consists of two parts. In the first part, I quote the poem named tixilinbi,which describes the perspective of seeing things.It deconstructs the poem andchanges some unclear image. In the second part, the Chinese zodiac charactersare quoted to make logical connections through idioms and allusions, and thetext is deconstructed to form a more specific image.

面对同一件事,不同角度,不同立场,会得到不同的结果。因为有局限,所以有误解。误解始于质疑,质疑犹如生态链底端的浮游生物,真理就像生态链最顶端的猎食者,俯视着一切众生。但是在生态链系统里并没有真正的赢家,有的只是周而复始的重复。

Whenwe Faced with the same thing, we have different angles and positions. So theyare different results. Misunderstandings are from limitations. Misunderstandingbegins with questioning. Questioning is like plankton at the bottom of theecological chain. But there are no real winners in the ecosystem, just repeatover and over again.
