The cast-off shell of a cicada is attached to a pair of earphones dangling from a digital audio player on the ceiling. The singing sounds of Higurashi (evening cicada), Niiniizemi (kaempfer cicada), and Tsukutsukuboshi (meimuna opalifera) singing are reproduced.
