近年来他游历世界各地多以都市人文街拍为题材进行摄影艺术创作，风格受法国摄影家布列松(Henri Cartier-Bresson)影响颇深。出版有《旅美猎影》、《剎那》、《生活可以美》等摄影专集。他的作品既展示了世界各地的风土人情，又是萧戈对他精神导师卡蒂埃-布列松(Henri Cartier-Bresson)的“决定性瞬间”理论的实践。世界凡事都有其决定性瞬间，萧戈通过作品来保留住他所发现到的生活中精彩瞬间，用极短的时间抓住事物的表象和内涵，使其成为永恒。
Founded in 2008 in Beijing 22 Art district, originally named Dialogue Space. In 2013, the gallery relocated in Caochangdi art district, renamed as Amy Li Gallery, which is a professional art institution promoting contemporary art.
Amy Li Gallery has two major exhibition halls, with in total 800m2 (8611sq ft) interior space. The gallery is dedicated to the promotion of the emerging art forms and conceptual innovation, while collaborating intimately with both domestic and international artists. With outstanding academic tastes and a highly experimental spirit, the gallery schedules 8 to 10 exhibitions per year, covering a great variety of creating medium. Amy Li Gallery has expanded its exhibitions to a full range, from realistic and abstract paintings, ink, installation, sculpture, video, photography and then to artistic application design, expanding into a diverse range of art fields. Through its acute aesthetic taste, persistent attitude, and unceasingly improving spirit, Amy Li Gallery gradually forms a distinctive feature in the experience of time, and it has long devoted to create a unique international platform for stimulating the Chinese and foreign intellectual and artistic exchange.

Xiao Ge, graduated from Art School of Jiangsu University, was former director of Jinling Art Museum, general manager and artistic director of Jinling Hotel Cultural and Art center. He is a member of the expert committee of the Art Appraisal Committee of the Imperial Examination Museum of China, the deputy director of the Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Collectors Association as well as the member of the Royal Photographic Society.
He worked on the artistic and humanity photography in 1998 under Mr. Shao Huaze and Mr. Deng Wei. In 2017, he went to the master class of Magnan and learnt Photography with Mr. Patrick Zuckerman. Through a series of vivid photographs, he conveys the understanding of individual and group characteristics, social environment and folk customs of social ethnic consciousness. Moreover, his artworks have participated in international exhibitions and auctions in several times, and also are collected by art institutions and individuals.
He has travelled all around the world in the past few years, thus, his photographs based on the urban humanities street, and have also been deeply influenced by the French photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson. His has published several photo albums, such as Photographic Trip in American, Moment, and Life Could be Beautiful, etc. Xiao Ge's artworks not only show the customs around the world, but also the practice of the "decisive moment" theory initiated by his spiritual mentor Henri Cartier-Bresson. Everything in the world has a decisive moment. Therefore, through his photographs, Xiao Ge retains various wonderful moments in his life, grasping the appearance and connotation of things in a very short time to make things eternal.
