表演《后会有期》

“我想有一天，我们又可以出门了。说实话，我一直在幻想着这一天，可以见到你、伸出手、抚摸。呼吸，说话，任何事情。表演分为两个部分。第一部分中，我们会聊天，一起想象我们的会面，我们会去哪里，会说什么，会做什么。这个未来的剧本会被保存下来。有一天，当我们再次被允许的时候，你会收到一封电子邮件，里面有这个剧本和一个按计划见面的请求。而这将是演出的第二部分。”

11月21日，CAC将于展览开幕当天举办一场特别的现场表演，《后会有期》。观众将与“We=Link：辺”参展艺术家劳伦·李·麦卡锡进行一场一对一的线上聊天，构想他们未来的相遇。对话内容也将同时直播于线上平台。

The group exhibition We=Link: Sideways features twenty-two works by twenty-eight artists and artist collectives, from the pioneers of net art to millennials. The works on display and online span three decades of net art practice, from arguably the first internet-era artwork of The Thing BBS in 1991 to the most current production continuing to evolve as the exhibition opens.

Later Date 

"I think one day we will be able to go outside again. Honestly, I am fantasizing about this day. Seeing you. Reaching out and touching. Breathing, talking, anything really. This is a performance in two parts. In the first, we will chat. We will imagine together our meeting. Where we’ll go, what we’ll say, what we’ll do. This future script will be saved. One day, when we are allowed again, you will receive an email with this script and a request to meet as planned. This will be part two of the performance."

On November 21st, Chronus Art Center will host a special IRL performance of Later Date in the exhibition space. Audiences are invited to join a 1v1 typing live chat with the artist behind the screen, imagining and planning their future meetings. The content of the conversation will be live-streamed online simultaneously.
