黑天鹅，灰犀牛

这哪里是一只黑天鹅，这是切切实实的灰犀牛。

一只黑天鹅腾空而起

翅翼下的阴影

从中心辐射周遭的江湖

每一只黑天鹅的阴影

都掩藏视而不见的灰犀牛

一旦狂奔起来，就将人人自危

它搅起的混乱愈演愈烈

小危机或酿成一场大灾难

每个人都置身其中，无法逃离

凶险，一开始离得很远

小概率、大概率的潜在风险

不仅是一只黑天鹅，更是一头灰犀牛

看似偶然，其实有源可溯

危机早己存在，就在不远处

心存侥幸，最后都被它一头撞翻

一只黑天鹅的阴影

终将蔓延世界的角角落落

灰犀牛正在改变世界，或将无比惨烈

A black swan rose into the air

Shadows under the wings

Radiated from the center out toward the rivers and lakes

The shadow of each black swan

Hid a blind gray rhinoceros

When it charged, everyone would feel endangered

The confusion it sowed worsened

A minor crisis might lead to a major disaster

Everyone was in the thick of it, no one could escape

The danger was far off at first

Potential risks, both likely and unlikely

Not just a black swan, but a gray rhinoceros

It might seem random, but its origins could be traced

The crisis was already here, not far away

Leaving things to chance, it knocked us down

The shadow of black swan

Will eventually spread to all the corners of the world

The gray rhinoceros is changing the world, or will end in tragedy

海岸，著名诗人、翻译家，浙江台州人。八十年代先后就读于杭州大学、上海医科大学研究生院，先后获得过国家社会科学基金、上海翻译家协会“STA翻译成就奖”等。著有《狄兰·托马斯诗歌批评本》（2020），诗集《海岸诗选》、《海岸短诗选》（2003，香港）、《挽歌》（长诗，2012，台湾）、《蝴蝶 • 蜻蜓》（欧洲Point Editions 2020）、《失落的技艺》（澳洲Puncher & Wattmann），译有《狄兰 • 托马斯诗选》（外研社双语版，2014）、《不要温顺地走进那个良宵——狄兰 • 托马斯诗选》(2015）、《贝克特全集：诗集》（合译，2016）等，编有《中西诗歌翻译百年论集》(2007)、《中国当代诗歌前浪》（欧洲/青海，2009）、《归巢与启程：中澳当代诗选》（合编，2018）等。曾应邀参加“第 48 届马其顿斯特鲁加国际诗歌之夜”（2009）、“复旦-科廷中澳创意写作坊”（2016-2019）等海内外诗歌活动。现供职于复旦大学外文学院，《英汉医学辞典》（第4版）主编，复旦中澳创意写作中心/复旦文学翻译研究中心成员。

HAI AN, Chinese scholar-poet and translator, whose real name is LI Dingjun, was the winner of Chinese National Social Sciences Fund and STA Translation Achievements Award issued by Shanghai Translator Association. He graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages, Hangzhou University, and the Graduate School, Shanghai Medical University in the 1980s, now serving aseditor-in-chief of English-Chinese Medical Dictionary, Associate Professor at College of Foreign Languages and Literatures, as well as a research scholar of Literary Translation Research Center / China-Australia Creative Writing Center,Fudan University. He has published more than ten books of poetry as the author, translator and editor, such as Selected Poems by Hai An, Selected Short Poems by Hai An, Elegy: Hai An’s First Therapeutic Long Poem, A Butterfly & A Dragonfly (Point Editions, Europe, 2020), The Lost Craft （Puncher & Wattmann，Australia，2020），DylanThomas：A Critical Reader（2020）;Selected Poems of Dylan Thomas ( 2014,2015), Collected Poems of Samuel Beckett ( co-translated, 2016); A Centennial Collected Papers on Sino-Occidental Poetry Translation (2007), The Frontier Tide: Contemporary Chinese Poetry (Europe / Qinghai, 2009), Homings and Departure: Selected Poems from Contemporary China and Australia (co-edited, 2018). He attended several international poetry festivals, including the the 48th International Poetry Evening in Struga, Macedonia (2009) and China-Australia Creative Writing Workshops at Fudan and Curtin University (2016-2019).
