BANK 将于2021年6月5日 - 7月24日,同 Objective Project一起,开幕全新群展《DISFRUTA 宴》。此次展览两家画廊将携16余位青年艺术家与设计师一起,在上海的六月的夏日里,献上一份丰盛可口的艺术盛宴。在重庆南路的百年老洋房中,十多位艺术家将以新一代的视角,通过他们各自独特的媒介和思辨方式通过作品展现他们与现实世界的碰撞。
BANK is pleased to announce the opening of its new group exhibition, DISFRUTA, in partnership with Objective Project, from June 5 to July 24, 2021. The two galleries will bring together more than 16 young artists and designers to present a sumptuous art feast in the summer of June in Shanghai. In the century-old house on South Chongqing Road, more than a dozen artists will showcase their collision with the real world through their unique mediums and critical approaches, presenting the perspective of a new generation.

林科1984年生于浙江温州,现生活工作于上海。从2010年开始, 林科将自己变成自己的实验对象,投身于计算机时代的行为艺术之中。林科将笔记本电脑作为其艺术工作室,从计算机软件和互联网中提取素材作为其艺术作品的素材与形式。日常互联网的探索和对应用软件的操作催生出他的艺术创作和自画像。他使用屏幕截图和屏幕录制软件记录操作行为和概念图像。他主要的作品形式为装置、图像、声音、文字、视频和电脑绘画。
在他的作品中,林科以非常规的方式使用电脑软件,在软件原本设计的意图之外寻找新的功能,从而使得语言从基本的交流功能中得以解放而获得诗性。如果诗歌表达了语言的乐趣,那么林科的作品则呈现了软件用户图像界面的愉悦。
林科的创作实践为他赢得了2014年OCAT-皮埃尔·于贝尔奖与2015第九届AAC艺术中国年度青年艺术家大奖。他的作品曾在OCAT当代艺术中心,ZKM媒体艺术中心,Folkwang博物馆, 东京都现代美术馆,民生美术馆, 上海当代艺术博物馆,何香凝美术馆,克利夫兰当代艺术博物馆,曼切斯特华人当代艺术中心,伯明翰 Ikon Gallery等艺术机构展出。他的作品亦被广泛收藏, 香港M+视觉文化博物馆,北京新世纪基金会,及K11美术馆馆藏。

Tianzhuo Chen (b.1985) graduated from Central St. Martins, and Chelsea College of Arts, London. He currently lives and works in Beijing, China. Recent solo exhibitions of his work have been held at Kunsthalle Winterthur (2017); Long March Space, Beijing (2019 &2016); chi K11 art museum, Shanghai (2016); and Palais de Tokyo, Paris (2015); BANK, Shanghai (2014). Chen has participated in many international exhibitions including the Guangzhou Airport Biennale (2019); Athens Biennale (2018); Cleveland Triennial for Contemporary Art (2018); Biennale of Contemporary Arts, Portugal (2017); and the Shanghai Biennale (2016). His performance works have been staged at the Broad Museum, Los Angeles; the Barbican Centre, London; Theater Der Welt, Hamburg; and the Tokyo Festival, amongst many others. Chen’s work is collected by White Rabbit, Faurschou Foundation, K11 Foundation, Taikang Collection, Kadist Art Foundation, DSL Collection, Sifang Art Museum, Nanjing, and CC Foundation. His private collectors include Qiao Zhibing, He Juxing, and Uli Sigg.

奥利弗·赫林,1964年出生于德国海德堡,现生活并工作于纽约布鲁克林。他的作品涉猎甚广,从早期用聚酯带编织的雕塑,到实验视频、合成照片雕塑,纸本彩铅绘画及TASK项目,即邀请其他人加入自己的创作,艺术家的核心围绕着参与者本身来共同构建创作过程。
赫林曾在纽约现代艺术博物馆、纽约古根海姆博物馆、华盛顿赫希洪博物馆及雕塑公园、英国伦敦卡姆登艺术中心、 日本京都艺术中心、中国深圳何香凝美术馆、“每日奇观”-第十届里昂当代艺术双年展、2010年度日本名古屋爱知三年展、 纽约Performa 09行为艺术双年展等地举办展览。近期在纽约大都会艺术博物馆展出,09年纽约 tang美术馆为赫林举办了15年个人回顾展。《Art 21》杂志第3期对他进行了特别报道。
Oliver Herring was born in Heidelberg, Germany in 1964. He lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. His ever-expanding body of work ranges from early sculptures knit with Mylar tape to experimental videos, complex photo-sculptures, pencil drawings, and TASK events, which invite participants to entirely shape the work by assigning each other creative tasks to complete.
Herring has exhibited widely including the Museum of Modern Art, NY; the Solomon R.Guggenheim Museum of Art, NY; the Hirschhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington, DC; the Camden Arts Centre, London, England; the Kyoto Art Center, Kyoto, Japan; the He Xiangning Art Museum, Shenzhen, China; the X th Lyon Biennale, Lyon, France; the 2010 Aichi Triennale, Nagoya, Japan; Performa 09, NY; and more recently at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY. In 2009 the Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs, NY organized a 15-year survey of Herring’s work. Herring was featured on Season 3 of Art21/PBS’s program: Art21, Art in the 21st Century.

靳山(1977年出生于中国江苏)2000年毕业于华东师范大学艺术系,目前在上海工作生活。创作概念不离他对中国当代社会的关注,喜欢利用如激进讽刺文学般的方式,向观众诙谐地展现同周遭社会性、文化性以及政治性问题的对抗,旨在刻画当代中国现状的同时,探究“人类动机”,是如何逾越了民族与地域的鸿沟、甚至蔓延至人类基因中隐藏的共性——无节制的权欲。
其作品曾在上海昊美术馆、新加坡双年展、威尼斯双年展、荷兰格罗宁根美术馆、美国布朗大学大卫·温顿·贝尔美术馆、洛杉矶郡艺术博物馆等展出。其作品也已被香港M+美术馆、悉尼白兔美术馆、巴黎卡蒂斯特艺术基金会、乌里.希克、巴黎DSL艺术收藏机构,美国堪萨斯州劳伦斯斯宾塞美术馆以及洛杉矶郡艺术博物馆等收藏。

A leading voice in an emerging generation of socially engaged contemporary artists in China, Jin Shan is an agent provocateur. Preferring wit and satire to aggression and conflict, his work uses humor and play to draw audiences into a confrontation with the social, cultural and political problems of the day. While specifically describing aspects of contemporary China, his investigation of human motivation extends beyond national boundaries to the seemingly insatiable desire for power programmed into humanity’s DNA.
Jin Shan (b.1977, Jiangsu Province) graduated from the Faculty of Fine Art of East China Normal University in 2000, currently works and lives in Shanghai. Jin Shan’s work has been exhibited at HOW Art Mueum Shanghai, the Singapore Biennale, The Venice Biennale, The Groninger Museum, Netherlands, David Winton Bell Gallery, Brown University, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, LA,among others. His works have been collected by M+ Museum, Hong Kong, China; White Rabbit Gallery, Sydney, Australia; the Kadist Foundation, Paris, France; the DSL Collection, Paris, France; Uli Sigg, Switzerland; Tiroche DeLeon Collection, and the Spencer Museum of Art, Lawrence, Kansas, LACMA, LA.

郑皓中,1985年出生,2008年毕业于中央美术学院,目前生活在上海朱家角。曾获得 2014年约翰莫尔绘画比赛(中国)大奖,获奖作品展出于英国利物浦国家美术馆,并巡展于北京、澳门、上海等地。BANK的首次个展后,艺术家于2016年夏季由约翰莫尔基金会支持在英国曼彻斯特华人艺术中心办个展。郑皓中曾以“李察”为笔名在网络上发表小说。
Zheng Haozhong (b. 1985) graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2008. Today he lives and works in Zhujiajiao, Shanghai. In 2014 he won First Prize in the John Moores Painting Prize (China). His winning painting was exhibited in the National Museums Liverpool and later shown in Beijing, Macau, and Shanghai, among other cities. After his first solo exhibition at BANK, the artist held another solo show at the Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art in Manchester in the summer of 2016, supported by John Moores Collection. Zheng Haozhong has also published novels online under the pseudonym “Lee Cha.”

耿旖旎有着雌雄同体般的艺术敏感度和超脱于性别界限和国籍的非同寻常的视角,单从她的作品看,基本察觉不出任何端倪。耿旖旎的油画色泽黏稠,表面内容丰富多彩,画面故事则完全呈现精神分裂症的特点。她的作品中经常会出现虚线、目标和象征性的图标,就像说明书中插图,让人捉摸不透。把各类混杂的元素汇聚到一起要表达什么并不重要,以轻松的心态恣意演绎多重性才是耿旖旎的作品胜人一筹的地方。
耿旖旎毕业于沈阳鲁迅美术学院,现居住生活于辽宁省沈阳市。她分别于2013和2015年及2020年在BANK,2017于上海K11美术馆,2018于武汉 K11艺术村举办个展。其作品已参展于多家艺术机构及大型展览,如第55届威尼斯双年展平行展,上海视界艺术中心,北京今日美术馆,成都蓝顶美术馆及沈阳K11美术馆等。耿旖旎的作品被乌里·希克与香港K11美术馆收藏。

陆扬是一位出生以及工作于上海的多媒体艺术家。陆扬所创造对死亡、无性、精神疾病以及对真实生命形式和神灵的神经结构的幻想,通常是病态和令人震惊的。陆扬的作品形式受动漫,电子游戏和科幻的亚文化影响,其输出涵盖3D动画,视频游戏装置,全息,现场演出,VR甚至程序操作等,陆扬的作品涉及与科学家,心理学家,表演者,设计师,实验作曲家,流行音乐制作人,机器人公司和偶像明星的频繁合作。
陆扬在UCCA(北京),木木美术馆(北京),CC基金会(上海),Spiral(东京),福冈亚洲美术馆(福冈),Société(柏林),克利夫兰当代艺术博物馆(克利夫兰) 等场馆举办过重要的个人展览。陆扬还参加了众多双年展三年展,如:2018年和2012年上海双年展,2018年雅典双年展,2016年利物浦双年展,2016年蒙特利尔国际数码艺术双年展,2015年第56届威尼斯双年展中国馆,以及2014年福冈亚洲艺术三年展等。陆扬在莫斯科 Garage Museum 举办最新个人项目 Gigant Doku -独生独死正在进行。

Lu Yang (b. Shanghai, China) is a multi-media artist based in Shanghai. Mortality, androgyny, hysteria, existentialism and spiritual neurology feed Lu’s jarring and at times morbid fantasies. Also taking inspiration and resources from Anime, gaming and Sci-fi subcultures, Lu explores his fantasies through mediums including 3D animation, immersive video game installation, holographic, live performances, virtual reality, and computer programming. Lu has collaborated with scientists, psychologists, performers, designers, experimental composers, Pop Music producers, robotics labs, and celebrities throughout his practice.
Lu Yang has held exhibitions in UCCA (Beijing), MWoods (Beijing), CC Foundation (Shanghai), Spiral (Tokyo), Fukuoka Museum of Asian Art (Fukuoka, Japan), Société (Berlin), MOCA Cleveland (Cleveland, Ohio). He has participated in several international biennials and triennials such as 2012 & 2018 Shanghai Biennial, 2018 Athens Biennale, 2016 Liverpool Biennial, 2016International Digital Art Biennale (Montreal), China Pavilion, the 56th Venice Biennale, and 2014 Fukuoka Triennial. Lu Yang's latest solo project Gigant Doku - Lu Yang the destroyer is now on view at Garage Museum, Moscow, Russia.
