【红门邀请函】 | 37 x 33 cm 当代肖像群展即将开幕！

由于37 x 33 cm的尺寸要求不同于常规的作品既定尺寸，这就意味着每位艺术家需要为此次展览特别创作一幅新作品，这也是令策展人及所有参观者兴奋和期待的原因，因为所有的参展作品都是从未展出过的。

这30 位艺术家的创作风格和背景经历均不相同，中国籍vs外国籍、学院派vs自学派、资深vs初创，此次展览是一场创作灵感交流碰撞的艺术盛宴，值得期待。

To celebrate 30th Anniversary of Red Gate Gallery, we will present a portrait show of 30 artists. There are two parameters which are given to the artists: firstly, the work has to be a portrait, and secondly all works have to be 37 cm high x 33 cm wide – what they create and what medium they use is up to the artist.

The size of 37 x 33 cm is not a usual size, which means the artists have to create new work, adding excitement for the curator and visitor with work which has never been seen and shown before.

The 30 artists are a good mix of emerging Chinese and international artists. Some are a bit more established, some even self-taught, creating a thrilling combination of artists and their differing views of people.
