熏依社画廊 | 艺术家驻留项目招募

熏依社画廊在上海成立于2006年8月，由Shun创办，一直致力于亚洲艺术、文化的交流发展。

「熏依社」取自Shun Art & Design的音译，熏即「Shun」，依即「艺术」Art，社即「设计」Design。

画廊以亚洲当代艺术为理念，定期策划中、日、韩当代艺术家的个展和群展，同时也注重国际名家的引进和交流展示。

Shun Art Gallery was established in Shanghai in August 2006 by Shun, always committed to the development and communication of Asian art and culture.  

The gallery’s Chinese name “熏（xūn）依（yī）社（shè）“ comes from the Chinese pronunciation of Shun Art & Design, “xūn” is a homonym for Shun, “yī” is for Art, and “shè” is for Design. 

The gallery takes Asian contemporary art as its concept, regularly curate solo or group exhibitions of contemporary artists from China, Japan, Korea and India. At the same time, it also pays attention to the introduction and communicative exhibition of international masters. 

2021年是熏依社画廊成立的第15周年，期间还积极发起各类公益活动：629汶川大地震慈善义拍（2008）、「携手」东日本311地震慈善义拍（2011），并策划了2010上海世博会纪念版画巡展。熏依社画廊于2020年在日本东京成立了分支空间Shun Art Gallery · Tokyo Space，与上海共同搭建一个跨国的展示平台。

2021 is the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Shun Art Gallery, and during this fifteen years, various public welfare activities were also actively initiated: 629 Wenchuan Earthquake Charity Auction(2008), “If We Hold On Together” East Japan 311 Earthquake Charity Auction(2011), and curated Shanghai Expo Prints Exhibition(2010). In 2020, Shun Art Gallery established the Shun Art Gallery · Tokyo Space in Japan, together with Shanghai to build a transnational exhibition platform.

朱家角位于上海市郊，是一个有着1700多年历史的著名水乡古镇。这个折扇形的小镇如同一颗璀璨明珠镶嵌在湖光山色之中。朱家角还有另一个优雅美名："珠溪"。这座小镇是上海四座古镇中保存最完好的江南水乡古镇。独特的古桥跨过潺潺的溪流，垂柳怀抱着小河，明清年代的古建筑吸引着所有生活在现代都市喧嚣声中的游人到这里体验一种全新的古雅、悠闲和宁静的生活。

Located in a suburb of Shanghai city, Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1700 years. The little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Endowed with another elegant name-"Pearl Stream"- the little town is the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. Unique old bridges across bubbling streams, small rivers shaded by willow trees, and the buildings built during Ming and Qing Dynasties attracted and transported people who have been living amidst the bustle and hustle of the metropolis to a brand-new world full of antiquity, leisure and tranquility.

工作室附近就是800亩大淀湖，与大观园风景区隔湖相望，并与太湖水系相通，素有“东方威尼斯”之称。从工作室徒步即可抵达，不为是晨练的佳地，可在湖边做瑜伽冥想，释放心灵，傍晚时分也可欣赏夕阳西落。伴着艺术家们一天天辛勤的创作，或许能激发他们更多别样的灵感。“艺术家的家”周围也聚集了众多艺术家，他们的艺术创作具有相对的互补性和交流性。

Near the studio is 800 acres of large Dianhu Lake. The Daguanyuan Scenic Area across the lake is connected with the Taihu Lake water system, which is also known as the "Oriental Venice”. You can reach the lake from the studio on foot, for a good place of morning exercises. You may enjoy yoga and meditation by the lake, release your mind, and watch the setting sun in the early evening. The scene accompanies the artist's hard work every day, and stimulates their creativity. There are also many local artists who gather around the “Tiger’s House”. Their artistic activities are also complementary to the creative experience.

评 审 公 布 · Announcement

1. 驻留艺术家将被评审委员会选出。

Resident artists will be selected by the academic committee regularly.

2. 艺术家资料通过审核后，双方共同商定驻留时间，签订驻留合作协定。

After the examination and approval of the artist's information, both sides agree on time of residency and sign a resident cooperation agreement.

入驻期间注意事项

Please pay attention to the following

 terms during your stay

1. 疫情原因，“艺术家的家”共提供一处工作室，故此项目同时期可容纳一位艺术家。驻地期间艺术家可在工作室展示他们的创作作品。

Due to the pandemic, "Tiger's House" only offers one studio that accomodates one artist in total. Artists may also exhibit their artwork created during their residency period in the studio. 

2.艺术家驻地期间，每月须向画廊捐赠一件驻地创作作品，若驻地三个月则需捐赠三件，以此类推。驻地结束前，艺术家须提供作品目录表，画廊将从该目录中选取被捐赠的作品。

The artist will be required to donate one work per month to the gallery during the residency, three if the residency lasts three months, and so on. At the end of the residency, the artist should provide a catalog of his or her works, from which the gallery will select the work to be donated.

3. 不包含：交通费，驻留期间生活费，创作工具和材料费用。

Not included: Travel expense, Living expenses, Art tools and materials. 

4. 我们提供每周一次的清洁人员打扫房子，请务必保持工作室的干净。

We provide cleaning staff to clean the house once a week. 

Please keep the house clean and tidy.
