前言

Foreword

2020年疫情平稳的日子里，我开始计划为一些当代艺术家做一个访谈，后来这个想法逐渐的清晰了起来，我试图捡拾起一些看似“边缘“的艺术家，为他们策划一场短暂的展览。

这些艺术家的特点是他们热衷于通过真诚的表达展现自己的内心世界、往往徘徊在大众的信息流之外，当然这样的创作者数不胜数；某种角度来说，这六位艺术家仅仅是作为样本呈现的。我希望更多类似的创作者能够被大家看见。

不可置否，我们试图通过这场展览更深入的涉足“当代艺术”的行业内。

这场展览将围绕着我对他们的访谈展开，让访谈成为他们作品呈现的一种背景资料。我希望一窥艺术家创作背后的逻辑脉络和生活，让观众有更多与这些艺术家的作品对话的可能。

During the stable days of the COVID-19 in 2020, I began to plan an interview for some contemporary artists. Later, the idea gradually became clear. I tried to pick up some seemingly "marginal" artists and plan a short exhibition forthem.

The characteristics of these artists are that they are keen to show their inner world through sincere expression and often wander outside the mass flow of information. Of course, there are countless such creators; in a way, these sixartists are only presented as samples and I hope more similar creators can beseen by everyone.

It is undisputable that we are trying to get deeper into the industry of "contemporaryart" through this exhibition.

The exhibition will revolve around my interview with them, so that the interview can become a background material for their works. I hope to get a glimpse ofthe logical context and life behind the artist's creation, so that the audiencehas more possibilities to talk to the works of these artists.

About artists

吴斌

Bin Wu

1965年生于中国上海，毕业于上海市第一商业局职工大学，注册会计师。

他的作品以装置为主，创作内容基于上海的变迁与个人的童年经历追溯、个体和城市环境之间的碰撞，探讨关于时间流向与心灵建构的问题。

Born in Shanghai, China , 1965, graduatedfrom Shanghai First Commercial Bureau Staff and Workers University, certifiedpublic accountant.

His works are mainly devices. The contentof his creation is based on the changes of Shanghai and the traceability of hispersonal childhood experience, the collision between individuals and urbanenvironments. He discusses the problems of time flow and spiritual construction.

蒋梦婷

Mengting Jiang

2004年生于中国上海，现就读于上海格致中学。

她的作品以影像和电子绘画为媒介，将经典的动漫、中国传统文化符号、以及她居住的环境视作一种可融合的场。

Born in Shanghai, China , 2004, study inShanghai Gezhi Highschool.

Her works use images and electronicpaintings as media, viewing classic animations, traditional Chinese culturalsymbols, and the environment in which she lives as a fusion field.

他的创作以文本为主，将日常的困惑转化为带着小小诗意的文字表达。

20 years old, from Hunan Province,currently working and living in France, studying at École Supérieure Libred’art de Paris, independent director.

His creation is mainly text-oriented,transforming daily confusion into text expressions with some poetry.

Xue Zhao

35岁，工作生活生于上海，美术老师。

她的作品以当代水墨为主，她希望通过自己作品的视觉冲击打破大家对于女性创作的刻板印象，希望将力量感寄于流体与画布中。抽象图案与色彩的表达都是她乐于去思考的问题。

35 years old, working and living inShanghai, art teacher.

Her works mainly focus on contemporary inkpainting. She hopes to break the stereotyping of women's creation through thevisual impact of her works, hoping to put the sense of power in fluid andcanvas. Abstract patterns and the expression of color are issues she likes tothink about.
