我的绘画以松散、生动、富于表现力的美学形式呈现，描绘出一个零散故事和对立叙事占据的狂躁世界。作品以人物及其与周围环境和其他日常物品的关系为中心。角度往往根据我的个人兴趣和记忆，从刻板的流行文化和卡通人物中进行改造和再创造。通过重新创造标志性的符号，将极易辨识的日常物品动物化，并添加多个纤细的肢体，与戏剧化的环境连接并互动，从而拥有复杂的身份。在角色和动物化的日常物品之间，有战斗和胜利，势能和相斥，献身和失败。以角色为化身，我试图捕捉幽默而又异世界的内在冲突，反映现代化的爱，恨，孤独，着迷和欲望。

Appearing in sloppy and animated, expressive aesthetics, my paintings conjure manic worlds  that are occupied by fragmentary tales and rival narratives. The work is centered to the  character and its relationship to the surroundings and others. The character is often  transformed and reinvented from stereotype popular culture and cartoon characters based on  my personal interest and memories. They have complex identities by reinventing iconic  symbols, by animalizing easy-identififiable daily objects, and by adding multi slim limbs that  connect and interact with the dramatic environment. There are moments of battle and triumph,  momentum and repel, devotion and failure between the characters and the animalized object  rivals. Having the character as avatar, I try to capture a humorous yet otherworldly internal  conflflict of modern people, to show the love, hate, loneliness, obsession and urge.

贾一瑞的创作关注日常物及其与周围环境和其他日常物品的关系，重新创造标志性的符号，呈现出戏剧化的冲突和情绪张力。通过对日常物或固有角色的诙谐改造，贾一瑞放大了当代生活和技术时代的荒诞场景，从而转化了事物与环境的内在矛盾，使其共处于同一个绘画空间，以轻松的笔触构筑了艺术家个人想象下的另类视角。

Jia Yirui's work focuses on everyday objects and their relationship to their surroundings and others, recreating iconic symbols that present dramatic conflict and emotional tension. Through the witty transformation of everyday objects or original characters, Yirui amplifies the absurd scenes of contemporary life and the technological age, thus embedding the inherent contradictions between objects and their environment, making them co-exist in the same painting space and constructing an alternative perspective under the artist's personal imagination with light-hearted brushstrokes.

‘大卫·科波菲尔与白色插线板’系列以我一贯松散、愉快的卡通风格呈现，描绘了处于对立面的“动物化的插线板”和“英国皇家卫队”⻆色之间的交锋、胜利、投降和献身。生活中使用频繁的插线板长出多个纤细的肢体，变成坐骑、节日戏服、致命怪物等身份，作为魔术师大卫·科波菲尔化身的皇家卫队士兵会如何应对呢？ 

The series of ‘David Copperfield with White Power Strip’ is presented in my usual sloppy, pleasant cartoon style, depicting the confrontation, victory, surrender and devotion between the "Animalized Power Strip" and the "Royal Guard", who are on opposite sides. Multiple slender limbs are grown from the much-used patch panels, become mounts, festival costumes, deadly monsters et cetera identity. How would the soldier of the Royal Guard as magician David Copperfield's avatar deal with it?
