Since the 21st century, globalization and drastic changes in information technology have made contemporary youth in an unprecedentedly active period, and the environment has also shaped their distinctive characteristics that are different from the previous generations. There are so many things changed their idea,such as the flow of huge amounts of information, the integration of multiple cultures, and the endless emergence of new things; the virtualized scenes of human-to-human interaction; the connection of youth and youth groups to remove geographic boundaries...space and time have different meanings and connotations to them.Therefore, they have new explorations belonging to their generation in terms of concepts, thinking, aesthetics, and creation.
There will be young people at every time period, representing the growth ceremony of a region. The "Youth Painting" exhibition is not a choice made entirely based on age, but a yearning for a beautiful blueprint.
In this exhibition, 17 young artists were invited to present a complete painting layout in response to the theme of the exhibition with 71 paintings and installations.

刘可 Liu Ke
1976 年出生于湖南宁乡；2003 年广州美术学院油画系研究生毕业，同年广州美术学院油画系任教，现任广州美术学院绘画学院副院长兼油画系系主任、教授；广东油画艺委会秘书长；广州美术学院青年研究会秘书长；广州腾挪空间负责人；华侨城盒子美术馆执行馆长。
Born in Hunan, China 1976; 2003 Graduated as a masterfrom GAFA,Associate professor of oil painting departmentof GAFA; Currently,Liu Ke is the vice-president of the School of Painting;the dean and the associate professor of the Oil. Painting Department of GAFA; Secetary-General of Oil Painting. Arts Committee of Guangdong;Secetary-General of Youth. Research Association of GAFA; Director of Sabaki Space in Guangzhou; Executive curator of Boxes Art Museum of OCT.
Liu Ke works in three aspects at the same time:art experiment,space running and art education. They are the source of energy and the driving force for each other.
何岸 He An
He An was born in 1971,he is one of the most representative artists of China's post-1970s. His works extensively use metal advertising boards, concrete, neon lights and other industrial materials, which to a large extent reflect the physical and psychological impact of China's rapid urbanization, industrialization and globalization.Behind the cold materials without emotion and consciousness, He An tries to explore the truth of urban emotion, or violence or exquisite, or cold or romantic.
He has held solo exhibitions around the world, including the Contemporary Art Centre in Australia (2017), the Daniel Templon Gallery in Belgium (2014);He has also participated in many important international group exhibitions, such as Pop Art, Yuz Museum, Shanghai, China, 2016;Post-pop: East Meets West, Saatchi Gallery, London, 2014;Carnegie International Art Exhibition, Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, 2013;Date 2008, Art Museum of Contemporary Lyon, Lyon, France, 2008, etc.
