王雪冰于1993年出生于中国郑州。本科毕业于洛杉矶加州大学（University of California, Los Angeles），并于英国皇家艺术学院（Royal College of Art）获艺术硕士学位。目前生活工作于伦敦。在其个人经历的辗转变迁中，周遭环境的流动令其往往以新奇的角度观察并接近现代消费主义。艺术家探索庸常之物被赋予价值的过程，虚构与真实在王雪冰的绘画中互相暗示交合。
Kiki Xuebing Wang was born in Zhengzhou, China in 1993. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her MFA from the Royal College of Art in the UK. She currently lives and works in London. Throughout her personal experiences, the fluidity of her surroundings has led her to look at and approach modern consumerism from a novel perspective. The artist explores the process of giving value to the mundane, and fiction and reality suggest each other in Xuebing's paintings.

在《飞鸟》和《冬日》中，艺术家描绘了一种怪诞的作为欲望对象的时尚经济，以质疑奢侈品的整体存在。手袋、手表和服装以一种亲密的、不完全的方式呈现，以至于奢侈品的整体外观和完整性受到侵犯，隐喻着资本主义文化下的多重现实。此外，作品中的高对比度的彩色灯光强化观看视觉感受，通过忽略主体的层次性，专注于形式的构建，以达到画面本身的紧张感来探讨消费主义带来的负面感受。
In Lady Birds and Winter, the artist depicts a grotesque fashion economy as an object of desire in order to question the existence of luxury as a whole. Handbags, watches and clothing are presented in such an intimate and incomplete manner that the overall appearance and integrity of luxury goods is violated, metaphorically suggesting the multiple realities of a capitalist culture. In addition, the high contrast coloured lighting in the work intensifies the visual sensation of viewing, exploring the negative feelings associated with consumerism by ignoring the hierarchy of the subject and focusing on the construction of form to achieve a sense of tension within the image itself.
