上海国际舞蹈中心剧场3月25日-27日《天鹅湖》演出取消公告

尊敬的剧场观众朋友们：

Dear audience,

为配合落实上海疫情防控要求，我们非常遗憾地通知您，原定于2022年3月25日-27日期间，在上海国际舞蹈中心大剧场上演的芭蕾舞剧《天鹅湖》演出取消。

由此给您带来不便，我们深表歉意，敬请谅解。请您保留好订单信息和纸质票券（如有），我们将从即日起为您开启线上退票服务，具体退票细则如下：

According to Shanghai municipal policies regarding pandemic control and to protect the health and safety of our audience and performers, we regret to inform you that: Shanghai Ballet’s “Swan Lake” scheduled on March 25th-27th, 2022 will be cancelled. We’ll provide full refund and please refer to below details to get your refund. 

1、通过上海国际舞蹈中心剧场公众号购票的观众，我们将主动发起退款，退款金额为您的实际支付金额，并将在20个工作日内原路返还至您的微信支付账户；

Tickets purchased from SIDCT official WeChat account will be refunded automatically. A full refund will be returned to your WeChat payment account within 20 working days. 

2、在上海国际舞蹈中心剧场售票处、官方淘宝店购票的观众，请您保留好订单信息，我们将短信发送退款申请表链接，请您注意查收并详细填写退票申请表，信息核对无误后，我们将逐一安排退款；

For the tickets purchased at the ticket office at Shanghai International Dance Center Theater and its official Taobao store, please keep the order information and we will send you the refund application form through message. Please check your message and fill in the refund application form. We will start the refund process once your information is confirmed.

3、 在抖音团购上述演出的观众，如您还未核销券码，请在团购订单页面点击“申请退款”，您所支付的金额将原路退还；如您已经核销券码并兑换演出票，请进入订单页面。点击左下角“抖音客服”联系抖音官方客服，并输入“人工客服”转人工，申请退款（抖音客服工作时间10:00-22:00）；

For the tickets coupon purchased from Tiktok/Douyin, if you haven't had your coupon verified, please refund your order in Tiktok/Douyin. If you have already had your coupon verified, please contact the offical Tiktok/Douyin service for refund.

4、在其它票务渠道如大麦、猫眼、演际、票星球、格瓦拉、大众点评、淘票票、摩天轮、票牛、247、SmartShanghai、B站会员购等平台购买演出票的观众，请联系所购渠道客服办理退票事宜。如为接受转赠，请联络原购票人。

For the tickets purchased from Damai, Maoyan, Taobao, Gewara, Dianping, Taopiaopiao, Moretickets, Piaoniu,247, SmartShanghai, Bilibili and other ticket selling platform, please contact the website’s service for refund. If you received the tickets as a gift, please contact the buyer.

为减少观众不必要的外出，所有购票观众无需自行前往国舞剧场办理退票，您可填写登记表进行退票退款。 对于以上退票方式，或在退票过程中如有任何疑问，欢迎咨询剧场客服人员，我们将竭力为大家解答。
