新时线媒体艺术中心 （CAC）即将与麓湖·A4美术馆联合呈现展览“人工智能的兑现：卑弃 & 解脱”。作为CAC上海展的延伸，麓湖·A4美术馆将延续“人工智能的兑现”这一主题对人工智能的认识论局限性提出问题的尝试。展览的两个部分 —— “卑弃”与“解脱”——含蓄地质疑企业资本和地缘政治所渲染的对人工智能及其工具效用的无节制的乐观态度，同时，也展现艺术家是如何想象以人工智能来探索一个拥有宇宙政治意识的生态环境，以及一个处于共同体中的、共生的后人类前景。展览希望让公众认识到超越基于屏幕的、以图像为中心的人工智能艺术实践，这样的范式往往一方面将人工智能简化为预设的视觉惯念，另一方面也与当下人工智能的商业前景为伍。

Chronus Art Center (CAC) and LUXELAKES·A4 Art Museum are pleased to jointly present the exhibition AI Delivered: the Abject and Redemption. Expanding upon the two-part show previously mounted at CAC in Shanghai, LUXELAKES·A4 Art Museum will continue the exhibition concept "AI Delivered" and its attempts to raise questions on the epistemological limits of Artificial Intelligence. The two chapters, "the Abject" and "Redemption", implicitly aim to problematize unfettered optimism about AI and its instrumental utility propagated by corporate interests and geopolitical powers and, at the same time, to point out how AI is envisioned by artists to explore a cosmopolitically conscious ecology and the posthuman prospects of symbiosis and of collective commons. The exhibition intends to bring to public awareness other artistic practices that work outside of the screen-based, image-centric paradigm which often reduces AI to a pre-scripted visual trope on the one hand, while aligning with current AI’s business prospects on the other.
