天线空间荣幸地宣布代理艺术家彭祖强。

彭祖强，1992年出生于中国长沙，现工作和生活于荷兰阿姆斯特丹。2014年，他毕业于伦敦大学金史密斯学院（Goldsmiths）并获得学士学位；2017年，他从芝加哥艺术学院获得纯艺硕士学位。彭祖强于2020年获得华宇青年奖“评委会特别奖”和印尼日惹纪录片电影节国际长片竞赛单元的“特别提及”。他参加过中欧大学高等研究院（CEU），斯科希甘（Skowhegan）绘画与雕塑学院，麦克道威尔，和The Core Program的驻留项目。目前，彭祖强在荷兰皇家艺术学院（Rijksakademie）做驻留艺术家。

彭祖强近期个展和放映项目包括：“Souvenirs of Friction”, e-flux Screening Room, 纽约，美国（即将展出）；“Sideways Looking”，Cell Project Space，伦敦，英国（2022）；“彭祖强：还未命名的片刻”，天线空间（“天线的线”项目，场地由Objective画廊支持），上海（2021）。

Antenna Space is pleased to announce our representation of artist Peng Zuqiang.

Peng Zuqiang (b.1992, Changsha) lives and works in Amsterdam. He completed his studies at Goldsmiths (2014) and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2017). In 2020, Peng was awarded the ‘Jury Special Award’ at the Huayu Youth Awards and received ‘Special Mentions’ at Festival Film Dokumenter in Yogyakarta for his feature film. He has received fellowships and residencies from IAS CEU, MacDowell, Skowhegan, and the Core Program. He is currently a resident artist at the Rijksakademie.

彭祖强的创作以录像、电影与装置的形式展开，着眼于具体物件、语言与历史中潜藏的多元联系与情感痕迹。他的作品中时常出现人物、事件之间的重叠与错位，而他通过细腻而不失张力的镜头构建起关联与巧合，来揣测其间的含义。从音乐和影像媒介中的隐秘历史，到自我与他者之间的情动层阶差异，彭祖强试图在微妙的记忆和模糊的往来中寻找无法成立和明辨的主体。

Peng Zuqiang works with film, video and installations, examining the affective meaning within histories, bodies, and language. Overlaps and dislocations between people and events often appear in his works, and he constructs connections and coincidences through delicate and uncompromising shots to speculate on their meanings. From hidden histories in the medium of music and video to the affective hierarchy between the self and the other, Peng Zuqiang is interested in seeking out indiscernible subjects within elusive memories and blurred exchanges.

2021年彭祖强在天线空间举办了首个个展“还未命名的片刻”，作品《保联》的五频道影像分散陈设却也互相联结，在含蓄的接触、零碎的对话、联想叙事中考量关于联结与接触的复杂性。

In Peng Zuqiang’s first solo exhibition at Antenna Space – ‘Hesitations,’ the five-channel video installation keep in touch (2021), dispersed throughout the gallery yet interconnected, considers the complexity of contact and touch, through a series of gestures, fragmented dialogues, and associative narratives.

天线空间将携手艺术家彭祖强于Artissima艺术博览会“Present Future”板块呈现其个人项目《瞥漏》，展览时间为2022年11月4日至11月6日。

Antenna Space will present artist Peng Zuqiang’s solo program Sight Leak (2022) in the “Present Future” section of Artissima, Turin, Italy, from November 4 to November 6, 2022.
