Simone Forti (b.1935) 是出生于意大利佛罗伦萨的美国后现代艺术家、舞蹈家、舞蹈编导和作家。自20世纪50年代以来，Forti在世界各地举办了展览、表演和教学研讨会。她在后现代舞蹈方面的创新，包括她1961年开创性的作品《舞蹈构造》(Dance Constructions) 以及她对早期Fluxus运动的贡献等，影响了许多著名的舞蹈家和艺术家。Forti的作品作为永久藏品藏于纽约现代艺术博物馆（MOMA）、阿姆斯特丹斯特德利克博物馆、维也纳Generali基金会、纽约惠特尼美国艺术博物馆和斯德哥尔摩摩德纳博物馆。
