# 2023可持续时尚——循环再生工作坊

时尚，就如同这个单词一样，具有谜一般的魅力，造梦的同时吸卷了无可估量的投资，不免助燃某些矛盾，资源浪费就是其中之一。

本课题：可持续时尚——循环再生活动设计(Sustainable Fashion-- Circular Event Design)，将可持续设计与时尚领域的服务实践相融合，打造未来的绿色时尚生活与产品。

工作坊将带领学生进行奢侈品牌行业背景的调研，梳理时尚行业的可持续设计机会点，研究高端奢饰品快递包装产业工作流程，系统蓝图，寻找痛点与问题，提出洞见性的设计概念。运用专业知识和能力，从材料、服务设计、环境设计、生态设计等不同方向切入，对现有奢侈品展示设计及服务模式进行可持续设计的思考、升级与共创。

基于5R（Reduce、Reevaluate、Reuse、Recycle、Rescue）原则探索未来奢侈品服务系统的设计，形成新仓储、环保包装、智慧能源、环保空间、智慧互动等类型的模块，提出更环保更可持续的设计系统。以全球的时尚产业为思考背景，运用可持续设计的方法，探索应对全球人类共同挑战，实现社会和谐的可持续的未来。

Fashion, has its mysterious charm. While making dreams, it attracts immeasurable investment, which inevitably fuels certain contradictions, including resource waste.

This topic: Sustainable Fashion-- Circular Event Design. We will integrate sustainable design and service practice in fashion field to create green fashion life and products in the future.

The workshop will lead students to conduct research on the industry background of luxury brands, sort out the sustainable design opportunities in the fashion industry, study the workflow of high-end luxury accessories express packaging industry, system blueprint, find pain points and problems, and propose insightful design concepts. We will use professional knowledge and capabilities, from different directions of material, service design, environmental design and ecological design, to cut through and think, upgrade and co-create sustainable design for existing luxury display design and service models.

Based on 5R (Reduce, Reevaluate, Reuse, Recycle, Rescue) principles, explore the design of future luxury service system, form modules of new storage, environmental protection packaging, smart energy, environmental protection space, intelligent interaction and other types, and propose a more environmentally friendly and sustainable design system. With the global fashion industry as the thinking background, the sustainable design method is used to explore the common challenges of the global human beings and realize the sustainable future of social harmony.

可持续商业活动的研究是LVMH/DIOR与同济大学设计创意学院2023年度的可持续时尚项目的一个重要方向。商业活动研究基于品牌每年的商业活动所产生的搭建材料、展示道具、以及耗材使用进行碳排放的测算与调研。通过计算与调研重新梳理目前商业活动在碳排放等可持续方面可被提升优化的点，结合对品牌理念的理解与拓展，根据品牌具体的要求及规定区域，制定可持续的战略方案，进行可持续时尚商业活动展览展示方案的设计与提升，为品牌提供可持续方面的设计方案，从而向品牌提出痛点的优化方案以及商业展示的建议与设计，并完成效果图或草模制作及展示。

奖金的奖励机制

LVMH/DIOR品牌将会选择三组作品作为获奖作品，并以奖学金的形式鼓励参与的团队/个人，支持学生/设计师/艺术家进行更多的可持续产品的创作。

The study of sustainable EVENT is an important direction of the sustainable fashion project of LVMH/DIOR and the D&I of Tongji University in 2023. The Event topic study calculates and investigates carbon emissions based on the use of building materials, display props and consumables produced by the brand's annual commercial events. Through calculation and investigation, the designer re-sorted the points that can be improved and optimized in sustainable aspects such as carbon emission in current commercial events. At the same time, designer team will combine their understanding and expansion of the brand concept, according to the specific requirements of the brand and the specified area, develop sustainable strategic plans, design and improve the sustainable fashion commercial events and exhibition scheme, provide sustainable design schemes for the brand, and then propose pain point optimization scheme, and complete effect drawing or models for display.

Incentive mechanism for the prize

The LVMH/DIOR will select three groups of entries as winners and encourage the participating teams/individuals with scholarships to support students/designers/artists to create more sustainable products.

设计要求

Design Requirement

1. 本课题以品牌的商业活动为设计对象，梳理品牌商业活动的设计与制作的系统流程，进行“重新”的审视与检查，发现以往商业活动中未被发现的不可持续的问题点，通过循环设计的理念进行再设计。

2. 从环境设计出发，提出环保且具有创新意识的环境装置以及互动体验的可能性方案；

3. 发挥造型的无限想象力，学习充分运用草图草模，建模渲染，动画制作等方法，提交符合品牌商业活动的设计方案与可持续的系统性建议。

4. 方案应包括但不限于展示设计、服务设计，可从交互设计、产品设计、装置艺术等角度进行切入。

1. This project is designed with the brand's business activities in mind. It helps LVMH/DIOR sort out the systematic process of designing and producing brand business activities, to "re-examine" them, discover the unsustainable problems that have not been discovered in the past business activities, and redesign them through the concept of circular design.

2. From the perspective of environmental design, propose possible solutions of environmental installation and interactive experience with environmental protection and innovative consciousness.

3. use unlimited imagination in draft, sketching, modeling and rendering, animation and other methods to submit design solutions and sustainable systematic proposals in line with the brand's commercial activities.

4. The program should include but not limited to product design and service design, which can be started from the perspectives of interaction design, environment design and installation art.

同济大学材料应用实验室主任、家具设计实验室副主任。研究方向为家具设计、材料应用以及活动展示，担任“东西设计”合伙人、“末什家具”创始人以及应家赢视觉顾问公司设计总监一职。

世界知名创意大师、设计师、演讲家、作家和时尚顾问，曾任全美第一的帕森斯设计学院时装学院院长，在耐克、斐乐、杰尼亚担任设计师或创意总监

同济大学设计创意学院副教授、博士生导师，硕士环境设计方向副主任，同济大学设计创意学院公共设计研究室负责人，国际体验图形协会SEGD上海分会主席，GreenConnections联合创始人。

赵世笺

同济大学JALAB首饰实验室副主任，以及Uni品牌主理人。毕业于英国伯明翰城市大学珠宝学院，作品曾刊登于《ELLE》中国、《MOOD》比利时等时尚杂志。

Paola Trapani

Paola Trapani是上海同济大学设计创意学院副教授，也是产品/服务系统设计专业硕士课程主任。此前，她曾工作于意大利、新西兰和加利福尼亚多地，不仅在学术界有所造诣，还是一位行业资深人士。与她合作过的对象有：米兰斯卡拉剧院、安布罗西亚纳图书馆、米兰三年展、哥斯达黎加Crociere和IGPDecaux。同时Paola还拥有意大利米兰理工大学的建筑学硕士和设计博士学位。
