下周日工作室画廊的会员活动我们邀请到五位来自不同领域的嘉宾分享各自的创作经验。他们创作绘画、雕塑、电影、诗歌和甜点，将自己对生活的感知和思考转化为不同媒介的艺术作品。我们期待艺术家们为我们带来新的知识，期待交流中碰撞出的令人惊喜的火花。

For next Sunday's VIP event, Studio Gallery invites five artists from different fields to share their creative experiences. They create paintings, sculptures, movies, poetry, and dessert, expressing their feelings and thoughts about life with different art forms. We expect the artists could bring us new perspectives and look forward to seeing the sparks stricken off by each other.

工作室画廊 Studio Gallery 创始人。10年以上艺术品一级市场工作经验。18年艺术学习经历，研究生毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系。

史怡然 Yiran Shi

史怡然，1983年生于内蒙古。毕业于中国美术学院油画系，获博士学位（2017），美国匹兹堡大学艺术与建筑史系访问学者（2019），中国美术学院油画系第三工作室教师。

史怡然擅长以写实手法描绘“超感” 和异样的魅境。致力于对色彩自身语义的探索，以近乎超色域的数值释放颜色自身的语法，让光和色彩成为不断涌现的实在。与此同时，画面的细节溶于整体，用朴素的方式将绘画还以绘画。她借用版画中层层叠色的手法，让笔触变成单纯的区间，从而更明确地彰显时间的维度。也节制地使用拼贴，让来自工业及印刷文化的痕迹、来自不同图像系统的碎片介入绘画，略带制作感的刻痕与书写性的笔触碰撞出超现实主义的诗意。

Shi Yiran, born in 1983 in Inner Mongolia. She graduated from Department of Oil Painting in China Academy of Art (CAA) with a PhD (2017). She was a visiting scholar at Department of History of Art and Architecture in University of Pittsburgh (2019) and is currently an associate professor at Department of Oil Painting in China Academy of Art (CAA).

Shi Yiran specializes in depicting "supersensory" and peculiar charm with a realistic approach. She is committed to exploring the semantics of color itself, releasing the grammar of color with an almost ultra-color gamut to make light and color become an ever-emerging reality. Meanwhile, she dissolves the details of images into the whole, bringing painting back to painting in a simple way. She borrows the technique of color layering in printmaking, allowing the brushstrokes to become mere intervals, thus revealing the dimension of time more clearly. She also uses collage in a restrained manner to intervene in the paintings with traces from industrial and print culture and fragments from different image systems, and to create surrealist poetry with the collision of produced marks and written strokes.

欧鸣 Ming Ou

1983 年出生于湖北，毕业于中央美术学院雕塑系，现工作生活于上海。

欧鸣利用石膏、陶瓷和水，兼具时间过程的特征，试图在雕塑中创造一个个犹如生命般存在的有机实体。石膏如同花卉一般被养植在陶瓷容器中，表面的颜色和肌理在反复湿润、干燥的过程里，展现出令人惊喜的变化和流动感。欧鸣将雕塑视为体验生命的方式，创作中他选择停留在人力所不能及的边界并最大程度地拥抱未知，而恰恰是那些等待的时刻给予了他丰富的滋养，指引着他开启下一段的旅程。欧鸣的作品被瑞士斯沃琪集团、中国艺术8中心等众多个人、机构及企业收藏。

Ou Ming, born in Hubei in 1983, graduated from the Sculpture department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, currently works and lives in Shanghai.

Ou Ming uses plaster, ceramic, and water, with the passage of time, to try to create a dynamic organism-like entity in his sculptural work. Solid plaster is carefully planted in the ceramic vase showing a surprising change of colors and textures on its surface during the repetition of wetting and drying. And the intimacy between each “life being” brings a vivid atmosphere to the space. Sculptural creation is a method of life experience of Ou, who pause over and embrace the unknown when the will loses its effect meeting fate. Those moments of expecting nourish Ou’s art journey and guide him forward to the next stop. His work is widely included in private and corporate collections such as Swatch Group (Shanghai/Switzerland) and YISHU8 Art Center (Beijing/France).

摩尼朱 Monica Zhu

导演/制片人/媒体人。曾为电视导演及制片人，环球拍摄旅行节目；创立旅行纪录片频道“无径之林Pathlesswoods"。与名厨Brian合作《野宴》系列，在中国极致地貌上发现本地食材的创意料理餐桌；作品《后藏》获联合国教科文组织在华办事处颁布的“金鹏展翅”奖；独立纪录片《无非人间》创投入围“瑞士真实电影节”

Director/Producer/Media People. Former TV director and producer, filming travel programs around the world; Founded the travel documentary channel "Pathlesswoods".Collaborated with celebrity chef Brian on the series “Dine In The Wild", a creative culinary table that finds local ingredients in the extreme landscapes of China; The work “Shigatse" was awarded the “Jin Peng Zhan Chi” prize by the UNESCO office in China; The independent documentary “Fading Youth With Fresco" was selected for the Visions du Réel.

徐今今 Jinjin Xu

徐今今（JinJin Xu），诗人、艺术家，目前居住于上海和纽约。1994年出生于上海，2017年获Thomas J. Watson Fellowship 资助走访亚、欧、非九国一年，与边缘女人及难民一同写诗。她的跨媒介作品主要探讨“见证的诗学”：未知的语境，说不出的记忆，亲密关系中的禁忌。她的作品在诗歌、实验影像、声音装置和行为之间游走，寻求倾听普通关系之下的声音，探索边缘的聆听方式以及聆听者的责任。

2020年作为首位最年轻非美裔诗人获美国诗歌协会（Poetry Society of America）乔治-博金纪念奖。诗歌曾提名于美国诗坛多项重要奖项：美国最佳新诗人奖（Best New Poets）、美国诗歌协会“Cecil Hemley Memorial Prize”、《巴黎评论》新人奖（Paris Review Discovery Prize）、以及小推车奖（Pushcart Prize）。自编、自导电影在柏林Harun Farocki Institut及纽约移民双年展（Immigrant Artist Biennial）展出。

JinJin Xu is a poet and artist based in Shanghai. Her inter-disciplinary work engages in various forms of docu-poetics: unheard soundscapes, unspoken memories, the taboos in our most intimate relationships. Her work moves between poetry, experimental film, sound Installations, and performance— seeking to hear what lies beneath ordinary reality, creating a new poetry of witness through echoes and stutters and dialect.

She is the 2020 winner of the Poetry Society of America’s George Bogin Memorial Award and her poems have received honors from 92Y Discovery Prize, Southern Humanities Review, Tupelo Press, Poetry Society of America's Cecil Hemley Prize, Global Research Institute (Athens), and two Pushcart nominations. Her films and performances have exhibited at Berlin’s Harun Farocki Institute, NYC’s The Immigrant Artist Biennial, NYU's Production Lab, LA Design Festival, Shanghai's Powerlong Museum and she was a curatorial fellow at the Flaherty Seminars.

Hana

Hana 毕业于中央美术学院，之后去往法国蓝带厨艺学院学习法式甜点，回国后成立甜点艺术工作室 Patisserie Art Design Studio，探索法式甜点与传统食材的融合。曾为北京多家餐饮机构和餐厅提供甜点的设计研发与艺术指导。2020年推出自主品牌 HANABI，专注设计研发节庆甜点礼品，同时提供高端定制。

Hana graduated from the China Academy of Fine Arts and studied French Desserts in Le Cordon Bleu in France. She is the Founder of Patisserie Art Design Studio, and keeps exploring a harmonious blend of French desserts and traditional ingredients. She has provided design, development and art direction of desserts for many catering institutions and restaurants in Beijing. Hana established the brand HANABI in 2020 which focuses on the design and development of festive dessert gifts while providing high-end customization.

工作室画廊2016初成立于上海。作为上海最早支持国际艺术家驻留项目的商业画廊。目前经营着两处实体空间，画廊空间专注于艺术家的工作呈现与推广；工作室空间作为画廊空间的学术引擎，聚焦于非营利性的艺术项目与研究记录。工作室画廊不是简单意义上的画廊空间+工作室空间；而是一种对艺术生产和消费机制的重构。通过对艺术家工作状态的深入观察，探究其艺术创作的真实动机；努力协助艺术家把工作中产生的价值转化成共识。

自成立以来，工作室画廊除了举办专业性的展览，还发起了多个话题性的艺术项目：基于艺术家工作过程记录的《艺术家讨论》；基于艺术家驻留工作汇报的《OpenStudio》；基于艺术家创作交流以及评论的《艺术现场》和《Critique Room》。

As the first gallery in Shanghai to provide international artist residency, Studio Gallery was established in early 2016. Since then, we have continued to support the wide-ranging potential of emerging and new talents, complemented by innovative activities to nourish and enrich the local artistic environment.

The gallery operates two physical spaces. The gallery space locates in the heart of downtown Shanghai, continuously organizing topical exhibitions. While the studio space serves as the academic engine of the gallery space to explore and transform the value generated from artists’ practice into consensus.

With a bold and cutting-edge designed gallery space, we aim to create an inspirational dialogue with the audience through diverse public programs, including topical exhibitions, Artist Talk, Critique Room, etc.
