Gallery Assistant ‍

工作内容

1. 画廊日常展览的准备及导览；

2. 协助画廊同事进行艺术家、展览、国内外博览会等的执行工作和线上、线下的媒体宣传；

3. 完成社交平台、画廊网站等日常维护及更新。

4. 收集及整理展览及艺术家相关资料，及时更新并完善档案。

Job Description

1. Preparation and guidance for daily exhibitions in the gallery;

2. Assist gallery colleagues in the execution of artists, exhibitions, domestic and international exhibitions, as well as online and offline media promotion;

3. Complete daily maintenance and updates of social media platforms, gallery websites, etc.

4. Collect and organize exhibition and artist related materials, update and improve archives in time.

职位要求

1. 良好的双语交流及读写能力；

2. 良好的管理能力，热爱艺术行业，具有团队合作精神和责任感；

3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件，能基本使用图文视频编辑及设计类软件者优先；

4. 有海外留学背景、艺术相关专业毕业生优先；（策展人和研究员除外）‍

5. 一周5天到岗工作；

Job requirements

1. Good communication and reading and writing skills in English and Chinese;

2. Good management skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility, passionate about art industry;

3. Good command of Microsoft Office and iWork Suite (InDesign and Premiere is a big plus);

4. Graduates with overseas study background and art related majors are preferred; (Excluding curators and researchers)

5. 5 days per week;

工作地点：北京市朝阳区798艺术区东街d08-3，户尔空间

工作时间：周二至周六 10:30-18:30

Location: Hua International, d08-3, East Street, 798 Art Zone, Chaoyang District, Beijing

Workday: Tuesday to Saturday 10:30-18:30

About Hua International

户尔空间（Hua International）是一家位于柏林与北京两地的当代艺术画廊，展览、出版和公共项目致力于跨学科及行为表演的艺术实践。画廊专注于发展与艺术家长期动态的合作关系，以其地理上的两地性为依托，扩展艺术家及其作品在迥异文化背景下的展览和接受。

以 XC.Hua 为名，经历了两年实验艺术策展项目运营积累后，花笑婵于2020年8月正式更名成立了户尔空间（Hua International），并在北京798艺术区、柏林历史悠久的当代艺术中心之一麦卡托庭院分别设立空间。在常驻两地空间之外，户尔空间也在国际知名的艺术博览会展示其艺术家作品。

Hua International is a contemporary art gallery located in Berlin and Beijing whose exhibitions, publications, and public programming supports cross-disciplinary and performative artistic practices. The gallery focuses on developing long-term relationships with its represented artists and leverages its geographic bilocation as a means to critically expand how their work can be presented and received in radically diverse cultural contexts.

After two years curating the experimental art and performance project XC.Hua, Xioachan Hua founded Hua International in August 2020 and inaugurated the new gallery with spaces in Berlin’s historic Mercator Höfe and Beijing’s acclaimed 798 Arts District.
