可以画廊欣然宣布代理艺术家王一。2023年1月7日，王一个展「模拟矩阵」在可以画廊合肥空间开幕，展览呈现了艺术家的三十余件绘画作品。2024年初，可以画廊将于北京空间带来王一的第二次画廊个展，敬请期待！绿色兵人的造型转译 / Translation of the green soldier shape“绘画是一个处理信息的过程，画家通过眼睛在真实世界中提取信息，由画笔将提取到的信息转译到画布上，完成对真实的模拟。”转译-捉贼记 / Translation - To Catch a Thief 转译- 帕特里克·贝特曼 / Translation - Patrick Bateman王一的绘画多取材于艺术史上的经典绘画、电子游戏和老电影，他将绘画作为信息存储的载体和信息的输出端，绘画中非文字性的可读空间成为了信息前端，艺术家的灵感和创作动机成为了信息处理和发送的终端，使其成为了模拟计算机的信息媒介。他将自身的感性体验和哲学观念作为蓝本，利用类似于信息熵的方式将现实中的或虚拟世界中的视觉信息和元素量化处理，构建出一个以绘画为媒介的信息模型，探究艺术在信息时代的身份和意义。KeYi Gallery is pleased to announce the representation of artist Yi Wang. Wang Yi's paintings are primarily from classic images in art history, video games and old films. He uses the drawing as a carrier for information storage and information output. The non-literal readable space of drawing becomes the front-end of information, and the artist's inspirations and motivations for creation become the terminals for information processing and sending, making it an information medium that simulates a computer. Using his own sensual experience and philosophical concepts as a blueprint, he quantifies and processes visual information and elements in reality or the virtual world in a way similar to information entropy, constructing an information model with painting as the medium and exploring the identity and significance of art in the information age.
王一 ，1995出生于江苏，分别于2020年、2023年本科、硕士毕业于中国美术学院油画系，现工作生活于杭州。他的作品曾被星美术馆、X美术馆、北京时代美术馆、广东当代艺术基金会等机构收藏。他的个展有：“图形猎手”，三角洲The Delta INST，（杭州，2023）；“模拟矩阵”，可以画廊，（合肥，2023）;“了不起的一修”，运气画廊，（杭州 ， 2022）;“明日浪潮”，出入艺术空间，（宁波，2022），主要群展包括：“洛德世界Ⅱ敌友大会”，野松画廊，（深圳，2022）;“失真”，小杉画廊，（北京，2022）;“潮流玩家”，北京时代美术馆，（北京，2021）；“Ambition! Award”，西岸穹顶艺术中心，（上海，2021）;“生活剧场”，TasteRoom，（杭州，2018）等。Wang Yi , born in Jiangsu in 1995, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of China Academy of Art with a Bachelor's Degree in 2020 and a Master's Degree in 2023,now lives and works in Hangzhou. KeYi Gallery is a young contemporary art space established in 2019. It aims to create an open and experimental platform for artists and dedicates to promoting diverse unique art programs and works of art, exploring and developing young artists. KeYi Gallery gave priority to private collections previously and has been insisting on collecting contemporary artworks with high academic value while concentrating on art trends in the art world.
