Balance, created in 2022, is the result of a fusion of the artist's previous Figure and Egg series, and an exploration of their abstraction. In this work, we can still see the classical composition of the "Egg" series. At the same time, it retains the signature figurative elements of the artist's works, such as faces and flowers, striking a balance between the rhythm of colour and line, colour block and shape. The former is the artist's intention to use the more common elements to visually increase the link between the work and the viewer.

Dynamic 5 is Gao Jialu's exploration building on the classic structure of the "Egg" series. In this work, the sense of rising up with a sharp movement to the upper right is combined with a warm and down-to-earth rhythm of colours and lines, like a symphony of joyful music. The figures, oval-shaped eggs, symbols which have independent systematic meanings, also jump and grow joyfully in this symphony. It can be said that this painting gathers the signature elements of the artist's creation, but in terms of visual effect, it is rare for the expression to be based on pure movement.
