吴冠德，1979年生于台湾。1995年开始其创作生涯，台湾师范大学美术研究所毕业，2011年起旅居法国多年，目前为具国际性的专职艺术家。其作品充满了身体实践性，具有深刻的东方哲思，源自丰富的自然体验，呈现出平和、辽阔、静谧、诗意的意象。

Wu Kuan-Te, born in Taiwan in 1979, began his creative career in 1995. He graduated from the Fine Arts Institute of Taiwan Normal University, and has lived in France for several years starting in 2011. He puts Action Painting into practice and mixes in aspects of profound oriental philosophies. He draws inspiration from his rich life experiences and keen observations of Mother Nature, revealing the sense of peace and tranquility he has found in the vastness of the natural world.

透过对着空白画布冥想的仪式，用树枝、石头、种子等拾获物取代画笔，以刮凿的“减法”，取代传统油画堆叠的“加法”，将身体力量、意念、情感注入每一个刮痕中。

In an almost ritualistic meditation before the blank canvas, Wu Kuan-Te replaces the brush and executes the "subtractive" oil painting techniques— as opposed to the traditional norm of additive oil painting— by scratching away paint with found objects such as branches, stones and seeds, gesturing with the entirety of his body, mind and emotion unto each mark.

内与外、明与暗、有与无、刚与柔、荣与枯......看似矛盾相对却彼此相生共存。吴冠德创作一系列360度透视的独特圆形作品，透过画布背后的旋转装置，赋予平面绘画新的观看方式，呈现时序更迭与空间变化，融入宇宙永恒的无尽循环中。画中央明月发散和煦金光，孕育大地之能量，化为流动的光与气，运行于道体间。

A highlight of the exhibition is his unique circular work with a 360-degree perspective. With the back of the canvas mounted onto a rotating device, the work presents a fresh way of seeing, illustrating the eternal cycle of the universe. In the work, the bright reflective moon emits a golden glow, that nurtures all living things beneath it with its energy.

秉持着对大自然的热爱与信念，吴冠德以大自然为师，踏上一条观察、体验、冥思与理解之路。他在创作自述中强调漫步山林，徜徉在无垠天地之际。吴冠德面对大自然的态度并非加以“征服”，而是像塞尚一样极尽所能地打开感官与精神。聆听山风震颤林间的交响，臻至一种“天地与我并生，万物与我为一”的境界。

Adhering to his love and belief in nature, Wu Kuan-Te took nature as his teacher and embarked on a path of observation, experience, and contemplation. Walking through the forests and wandering in the boundless world, Wu Kuan-Te's attitude towards nature is not to "conquer", but to open up his senses and spirit to the fullest extent possible.

这一独到的创作方式，展现于他对绘画的物质材料与创作方法之思考。其画作中密密麻麻、互相簇拥的树叶或草皮，并非来自于任何写生或摄影的图稿，甚至并没有前置构图，却是从一张空白的画布开始，然后就像宇宙的创生一般，在一片空无或混沌不明中，在造物者的呼吸与吐纳之间，形象源源不绝地涌出直至布满画面。

This unique creative approach is reflected in his reflection on the materials and methods of painting. The dense and clustered leaves or grass in his paintings do not come from any sketches or photography, nor do they even have a pre composition. Instead, they start from a blank canvas and, like the creation of the universe, emerge endlessly in a void or chaos until they fill the picture.

而不同于一般风景画家采取的视角，吴冠德一方面偏好高空鸟瞰的”上帝俯角“，另一方面则采取抬头仰望的“人的视角”，俯仰之间迅即点出人与自然的位阶。至于构图与色彩，也无不模拟自然生态的丰美、动静量能的消长、今昔时间的绵延，以及虚实空间的交错，并通过巧妙的构图以及金色、蓝色、红色等宇宙元素相关、且具象征性的色彩加以表现。这不只是绘画的方法，而是与自然接触的方式。

Wu Kuan-Te prefers the "God's Perspective" of aerial bird's-eye view on the one hand, and the "Human Perspective" of looking up on the other hand, which quickly points out the position between humans and nature. As for composition and color, they all simulate the richness of natural ecology, the fluctuation of dynamic and static energy, the extension of present and past time, and the interweaving of virtual and real space. Meanwhile, they are expressed through clever composition and symbolic colors related to cosmic elements such as gold, blue, and red. This is not just a method of painting, but a way of interacting with nature.

在这样反复操作的过程中，将自我抽离，进入心中所拟造之境，凝练出单纯的形象，仿佛在画布上落下一颗种子、飘来一阵雨、冒出了根、发出了芽、长成一棵大树、树上开了花、结了果、又落下种子，树聚集成了林、雨落成了河......遨游胸中之丘壑，悠游自在，与道同体，观照本心，建出自由的精神场域。

Through the process of repetitive mark-making, Wu Kuan-Te enters an introspective state, reflecting pure imageries of nature in his strokes. It's as if a seed has fallen onto the canvas. To quote Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi, All existing things are really one. The artist believes everything is ultimately connected, and is a part of a bigger picture, and these components are sometimes contradictions that are able to somehow coexist perfectly.

吴冠德近年作品曾获邀展出于美国、法国、意大利、澳洲、日本、新加坡等国家，并参与韩国、马来西亚、中国上海、广州、香港、深圳等国际艺术博览会，于台湾历史博物馆、台湾美术馆、高雄市立美术馆、国父纪念馆、国家教育研究院、奇美博物馆等展出五十余次。

Exhibitions

In recent times, the artist has been invited to exhibit in diverse locations, such as the United States, France, Italy, Australia, Japan and Singapore, and has participated in international art fairs such as Korea, Malaysia, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He has exhibited more than 50 times at the Taiwan History Museum, the Taiwan Art Museum, the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall, the National Institute of Education, and the Chi Mei Museum. In recent years, his works have won numerous awards and are widely displayed in famous hotels at home and abroad, construction project galleries, enterprises and both private and national collections.

APSMUSEUM是由欣稚锋艺术机构(Art Pioneer Studio)及其创始人汪斌(Robin Wong)女士创立的非营利艺术空间。APSMUSEUM关注当代艺术、建筑、设计、时尚等不同领域，意在寻找、搭建和展示彼此相互融合的“空间”可能性。APSMUSEUM试图延展出更多元的艺术与建筑、设计之间的公共文化空间，艺术与时尚之间的文化消费空间，人与社会文化之间的心理空间。APSMUSEUM坐落在上海陆家嘴中心L+Mall商场三楼，由意大利著名建筑设计事务所Stefano Boeri Achitetti担任室内设计。由展览空间APSPACE、艺术设计商店APSTORE和会晤空间APSALON三部分组成。APSMUSEUM致力于塑造一个非常独特的展览空间，能够将艺术和文化带到充满活力的零售空间概念中。

上海陆家嘴中心L+Mall位于上海陆家嘴核心区域, 邻近上海中心、环球金融中心等。体量超过140000平方米，地上10层商业，地下1层商业，坐落在“黄金角”地段，L+Mall已成为上海金融中心的新枢纽。L+Mall建筑由全球顶级建筑事务所SOM(Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP)设计，屡获国际殊荣的建筑设计事务所Benoy为这座上海核心金融区的大体量中高端购物中心提供了商业空间规划，室内设计及标识设计。

2019年，L+Mall引入巴黎老佛爷百货(Galeries Lafayette)旗舰店，同时拥有世界各大奢华品牌及小众精品等近600个品牌。融合了餐饮，休闲娱乐，跨界体验，艺术空间等多元业态。

关于欣稚锋艺术机构

欣稚锋艺术机构（Art Pioneer Studio）与国内外优秀艺术家、设计师和建筑师合作，致力于为城市与乡村室内外空间策划、设计并制作独一无二的定制艺术品，将触动人心的艺术力量赋予建筑空间和城市环境，以卓越的创造力打造非同凡响的公共艺术空间。

APS时刻都在探索城市与乡村公共空间的艺术可能性，在艺术项目与环境之间建立连接是APS的重要课题。我们根据项目的不同性质和特点进行整体艺术方案策划，为艺术家提供充分的创作和探索空间，为城市豪华酒店、高端写字楼、商场与住宅的室内外空间、以及艺术节项目等提供全程策展及监制服务。我们寻求艺术与不同领域之间的对话，组织并促进国际性跨学科的合作，尤其在建筑及艺术领域之间组织跨界合作，让建筑师与艺术家共同创造独一无二、量身定做的优秀公共艺术作品。

APS已与来自全球十余个国家和地区的百余位艺术家开展合作关系，并受政府委托策划执行2019上海城市空间艺术季（SUSAS 2019），同时在文华东方酒店集团、光明集团、陆家嘴集团及政府的多个境内外地产项目中担任全程艺术策划及监制顾问。
