清影艺术空间将于2023年⻄岸艺术与设计博览会B105展位带来群展 “生命的出巡”，呈现宾雅、康迪达·赫弗、陈栋帆、廖文峰、刘呗宁、美艾、沃特·罗宾逊的绘画、摄影、影像、装置作品。

Inna Art Space will present the group exhibition “ Life’s Procession” at Booth B105, West Bund Art & Design Fair 2023. The exhibition will feature a range of paintings, photography, videos, and installations by artists Bignia Wehrli, Candida Höfer, Chen Dongfan, Liao Wenfeng, Liu Beining, Mie Yim, and Walter Robinson.

宾雅常常在她的作品中，通过发明新的技术和流程来想象超空间、假想主体之间的诗意关系。在此次呈现的影像作品《Grass Walking》中，她把两根草固定在鞋尖上，然后带着草在城市里行走，将植物的足迹以想象的方式留在城市空间当中。

Binya often deals with the poetic relationships between hyperspaces and imaginary subjects by inventing new techniques and processes. In the video piece "Grass Walking", she attaches two blades of grass to the tips of her shoes and walks around the city, leaving an imaginative trace of the plants in the urban space.

康迪达·赫弗 Candida Höfer

康迪达·赫弗是当代最重要的摄影艺术家之一，其作品表现被称为“社交性建筑的心理学”。她以冷静客观的方式拍摄公共空间，在画面内刻意删除人类的足迹，使用者的不在场反而唤起观者对建筑物本身所承载的丰富人文历史的想象。

Candida Höfer, one of the most significant contemporary photographers, is known for what is described as "the psychology of sociable architecture." She captures public spaces in a calm, objective manner, deliberately erasing human traces from her images. The absence of people, paradoxically, provokes the viewer's imagination to explore the rich cultural and historical narratives embedded within the architecture.

陈栋帆 Chen Dongfan

陈栋帆的绘画重视力量的倾注与情感的节奏，也保持着不失冷峻幽默的多重视⻆。他的创作关于力量与温情，关于消耗与留存，也关于时间与浪漫。画笔与画布之间的摩擦、翻搅甚至敲击其实是为了一个目的——将绘画注入生命。

Chen Dongfan emphasizes the infusion of strength and emotional rhythm in his paintings, which also maintain a cool and humorous multiplicity of perspectives. His works touch on themes of power and tenderness, consumption and preservation, as well as time and romance. The friction, stirring and even beating between brush and canvas are in fact for one purpose - to breathe life into the paintings.

廖文峰的创作常通过视错觉与双关语来揭示图像和感知之间的诸多悖论。此次展出的一组绘画出自他对兰花的观察，廖文峰将其描绘为一种“隐藏的肖像”。在他这个系列的“肖像画 ”里，他想给观者带来一种凝视——一种来自虚空的凝视。

Liao Wenfeng frequently employs visual illusions and puns in his art to reveal numerous paradoxes between image and perception. The paintings on display originate from his observations of orchids, which Liao portrays as "hidden portraits." In this series, he intends to offer the viewer a gaze—a gaze emerging from the void.

刘呗宁的工作以绘图和写作为原点，延伸至交错呈现的多媒介创作和策划中。水、石头、尘埃、星球、⻣骼、手与其它器官等物象在他的作品中反复出现。他在创作中⻓期关注山水，其它知识/政治图像的流传，历史/时间观念的更替等议题，并将其注入作品的微妙质感当中。

Liu Beining's art practice, starting with drawing and writing, expands into a multifaceted array of multimedia creations and curatorial projects. Objects such as water, stone, dust, stars, skeletons, hands, and other organs recur in his work. He constantly explores the landscape, the transmission of other knowledge/political images, and historical/time concepts, and infuses them with subtle textures in his works.

美艾的绘画是一个抽象与具象的矛盾体。她醉心于对自然界的细微变化进行想象，在那里，生⻓、复制、变形、混乱和恐怖将永远与美丽和奇迹相伴。而关于绘画，她说: “希望在最后，那里有一些不可否认和真实的东⻄，好像它一直存在一样。”

Mie Yim's paintings are a paradox of abstraction and figuration. She is captivated by the nuanced transformations in nature, a realm where growth, replication, mutation, chaos, and terror are inextricably linked to beauty and wonder. About painting, she states, "I hope that in the end, there is something undeniably real, as though it had always existed.”

沃特·罗宾逊 Walter Robinson

沃特·罗宾逊身兼画家和艺评家的身份，他是网络杂志Artnet的创始编辑 (1996-2012年)。他以敏锐的观察力将美国社会生活中普遍的欲望为作为起点，在绘画中以讽刺的笔法戏仿着杂志、电影、海报、商业广告、传单、商品图录等美国消费生活中所呈现的特定图像元素，对资本时代的本质进行回应。

Walter Robinson, a painter and art critic, was also the founding editor of the online magazine Artnet from 1996 to 2012. He approaches his paintings with a keen observational eye, starting with the ubiquitous desires in American social life. He satirically replicates specific imagery found in magazines, movies, posters, commercial advertisements, flyers, and product catalogs of American consumer culture, thus responding to the core nature of the capitalist era.

INNA ART SPACE

清影艺术空间于2008年由徐益英女士在杭州创立，并于2019年在纽约下东区开设了新空间。十多年来，基于杭州在中国当代艺术版图中的重要意义，清影从地缘格局出发，广泛且深入地推介了诸多极具才华和潜力的艺术家。与此同时，清影将全球视野作为机构文化中的价值标准，极力构建国内与国际艺术家的互动平台。通过持续地策展、研究、出版与市场推广，清影逐渐完善了具有自身特质的运营机制，矢志于未来向广域的艺术世界展现更强的能量与活力。

Inna Art Space was founded in 2008 by Yiying (Inna) Xu in Hangzhou, China, and established their Lower East Side premises in New York in 2019. After over a decade, with a basis in the formational influence of Hangzhou in the Chinese contemporary arts, the space has consistently worked to promote the talents of innumerable upcoming practitioners. The space has ceaselessly assumed a global perspective, doing all within their means to erect a platform for interaction between both Chinese and international practitioners. By way of their interactions with the public through their ongoing curatorial projects, research, and publishing, the space has gradually refined its own means of operation, setting their sights on manifesting greater strength and vitality towards a broader creative spectrum for the future.
