11月5日,群展「植物神经紊乱」在可以画廊北京空间正式开幕。展览呈现了丁世伟、黎勤斌、罗然、唐少寒、谢承轩五位艺术家的绘画和装置作品。展览将持续至12月15日,在此展览期间,欢迎大家莅临画廊参观。

The group exhibition "Autonomic disorder" was opened in the Beijing space of KeYi Gallery on November 5. The exhibition presents paintings and installations by five artists: Ding Shiwei, Li Qinbin, Luo Ran, Tang Shaohan and Xie Chengxuan. The exhibition will last until December 15. Welcome to visit the gallery.

关于艺术家 / About Artist

丁世伟,1989年出生于中国黑龙江,本硕士毕业于中国美术学院,现工作生活于杭州。他的作品在基于屏幕经验下的影像装置、雕塑、图像、视频、互动装置等多种媒介形式中展开。他广泛地对意识形态话语、流行图像与哲学符号进行援引和挪用,通过媒体界面开启观者的感知通道,过滤并干预个体降维的用户经验,进而昭示了屏幕景观作为当代政治与信仰的反乌托邦式的自我实现预言。屏显作为处于物质世界与数字拟像的中介,不断在参与观者身体的重塑与规训。他的作品一方面将观众已悄然异化的介面身体与观凝感官重新穿刺,另一方面以可爱化 (kawaiification) 作为模糊对立与矛盾的定言令式,在痛感与诙谐的矛盾知觉中不断缝合现实与虚拟的边界。他曾于 2015 获得法国克莱蒙费朗 Prix Videoformes 特别奖,并在 2014 年获美国华盛顿华语电影节银奖。他的短片作品在众多国际电影节展出,曾入围法国昂西国际动画节、荷兰国际动画节、鹿特丹国际电影节、坦佩雷电影节等。其作品也被机构收藏包括:路易斯安那现代艺术博物馆,哥本哈根,丹麦;中央美术学院美术馆,北京,中国;四方当代美术馆,南京,中国;天目里美术馆,杭州,中国等。

Ding Shiwei,born in Heilongjiang Province,China in 1989, graduated from the China Academy of Art,now working and living in Hangzhou.His works unfold in various mediums such as video installations, sculptures, images, videos, and interactive installations based on the experience of the screen. He invokes and appropriates a wide range of ideological discourses, popular images, and philosophical symbols, opening up the viewer's perceptual channels through the media interface, filtering and intervening with the individual's degraded user experience, thus revealing the screen landscape as an anti-utopian self-fulfilling prophecy of contemporary politics and beliefs. As a mediator between the material world and the digital simulacrum, the screen is constantly involved in reshaping and disciplining the viewer's body. On the one hand, his works re-pierce the viewer's silently alienated interface body and the observation senses, and on the other hand, ultimately adopting "kawaiification" as the categorical imperative to obscure the fanged structure, they constantly stitch together the real and virtual branching in a paradoxical perception of wit and pain. Ding was the recipient of a special award for the Prix Videoformes in Clermont-Ferrand, France, in 2015 and a silver medalist of the Chinese Film Festival in Washington D.C., US, in 2014. His animated short films had screenings at various international film festivals, including Festival International du Film d’Animation d’Annecy, Holland International Animation Film Festival, International Film Festival Rotterdam, and Tampere Film Festival. His work is featured in the collections of Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Copenhagen, DK; CAFA Art Museum, Beijing, CN; Sifang Art Museum, Nanjing, CN; By Art Matters, Hangzhou, CN; etc.

黎勤斌,1996年生于安徽舒城。2015年毕业于中国美术学院附中,2019年本科毕业于中国美术学院油画系并保送油画系研究生,2022年硕士毕业并获中国美术学院毕业作品展暨林风眠创作奖金奖。现工作生活于杭州、厦门。黎勤斌的画面在抽象的图形与制造物的形象互相置放之间,发展出一种可以被称作为“天堂制造”的情念程式。他作品中的形象被转化为一种人造的质感,并呈现出对于形象拾捡的个人谱系。在计算机视觉算法的引入下,这些形象被嬗变为超出肉体的具体形状——预示着人造形象的“实体之夜”。未来考古可以被视作其潜藏的一种思想方法:当下的所有形象内容在未来的一天也将被挖掘出来,并置放在视觉的陈列台上。

Li Qinbin, born in 1996 in Shucheng, Anhui. He graduated from the Affiliated High School of China Academy of Art in 2015. In 2019, he completed his undergraduate studies in the Oil Painting Department of China Academy of Art and was recommended for the graduate program in the same department. In 2022, he obtained his master's degree and received the Lin Fengmian Creative Award, the Golden Prize, at the China Academy of Art Graduation Exhibition. Currently, he works and lives in Hangzhou and Xiamen. Li Qinbin's imagery exists in the interplay between abstract shapes and representations of manufactured objects, giving rise to what can be termed a "heavenly fabrication" concept. The images in his works are transformed into an artificial texture, presenting a personal lineage of image curation. With the introduction of computer vision algorithms, these images metamorphose into tangible forms beyond the physical, foreshadowing a "night of the artificial image." Future archaeology can be seen as a latent mode of thought: all current image content will one day be excavated and placed on the visual display pedestal.

罗然,1992年出生于甘肃兰州,2014年本科毕业于中国美术学院漆艺专业,2018年研究生毕业于中国美术学院漆艺专业。他的工作内容是关注当下视觉图景以及生成种种图景背后的逻辑。他把这种关注和探索理解为一场游戏,艺术家可以同时成为游戏的体验者和制作者,其中的趣味意在不断发现和制造隐秘且复杂的彩蛋。在类似于匀速直线运动的语境中,他将现在虚拟软件中对物的介入方式,以不同工具特性的轨迹, 转化成为绘画可以进行的工作逻辑,重新编辑不同维度之间的界限,尝试讨论一种在现实中悬空的节奏、 运动、关联、边界和秩序。他的作品曾被X美术馆、四方当代美术馆等机构收藏。

Luo Ran, born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province in 1992, graduated from the Lacquer Art Major of China Academy of Fine Arts in 2014, and graduated from the Lacquer Art Major of China Academy of Fine Arts in 2018. His work content is to focus on the current visual scene and the logic behind the generation of various scenes. He regards this kind of attention and exploration as a game, in which the artist can become both an experienced player and a producer of the game. The interest is to constantly discover and create secret and complex colored eggs. In the context similar to the uniform linear motion, he transformed the way in which things are intervened in the virtual software into the working logic that can be carried out in painting with different tool characteristics, re edited the boundaries between different dimensions, and tried to discuss a kind of rhythm, movement, association, boundary and order suspended in reality. His works have been collected by X Museum,Sifang Art Museum and other institutions.

唐少寒,1993年出生于苏州,2019年毕业于四川美术学院,现生活工作于苏州和重庆。

Tang Shaohan,born in Suzhou in 1993,graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 2019,now working and living in Suzhou and Chongqing.

谢承轩,1997生于中国广州,2020年香港中文大学艺术系本科毕业,2023年英国皇家艺术学院绘画系文学硕士毕业。以丙烯、混合材料等进行平面创作为主。目前创作以解构主义为基础来发展,通过将对象解构为最基本视觉语言,继而重组。通过不同人因成长及文化经验不同而导致对各事物名称的外缘理解有异的特性,使重组后的画面因不同人观看而有不同理解,亦使独立的基本视觉语言(点、线、面、色块、肌理等)在停止工作后的画面裡仍不断交流、发生作用。

Xie Chengxuan, born in 1997 in Guangzhou, China, graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020, and completed a Master's degree in Painting at the Royal College of Art in the United Kingdom in 2023. He primarily works with acrylic and mixed media on synthetic papers and canvases . His current artistic approach is based on deconstructionism,where he deconstructs objects into their most basic visual language and then reassembles them. By taking into account the different understandings of object names due to varying personal growth and cultural experiences, the reassembled images have different interpretations when viewed by different people. This also allows the independent basic visual elements (points, lines, shapes, color blocks,textures, etc.) to continue to interact and communicate even in the finished artwork.

可以画廊 KeYi Gallery 是一间成立于2019年的当代新星空间,旨在为艺术家打造一个开放性的具有学术实验性的平台,致力推广多元独特的展览项目和艺术家作品,挖掘和培育年轻艺术家。可以画廊前身以私人收藏为主,20年间不断收藏那些具有一定学术价值的当代作品,并始终关注艺术当下及未来的发展趋势。

KeYi Gallery is a young contemporary art space established in 2019. It aims to create an open and experimental platform for artists and dedicates to promoting diverse unique art programs and works of art, exploring and developing young artists. KeYi Gallery gave priority to private collections previously and has been insisting on collecting contemporary artworks with high academic value while concentrating on art trends in the art world.
