艺术创意谷项目-国际访问艺术学者活动

正式启动！

海内外访问艺术学者们陆续来到

上海交大文创学院紫竹教研基地，

开启全新的艺术创作之旅！

上海交大文创学院“ICCI ART VALLEY 艺术创意谷”项目，旨在以文创思维进行艺术教育实践，创新综合性高校艺术管理人才培养模式，提升公众艺术素养水平，构建以文化产业产教融合发展为特色的艺术生态圈。

活动预告 | 上海交大文创学院2023艺术创意谷项目启动，主题艺术展将在八号桥艺术空间举办崇真艺客

项目邀请了来自英国、意大利、西班牙、奥地利、葡萄牙、冰岛、德国、比利时、俄罗斯、日本、美国、法国、哥伦比亚、以色列、波兰等国家和地区，共30余位国际知名艺术学者驻地学院，与国内知名艺术家、策展人、行业专家等联动开展了8次大型成果展、20余场“最艺术”系列校园讲座、30余场沪上公众讲座，覆盖受众超30万人次。

2023第六届“ICCI ART VALLEY 艺术创意谷”项目，文创学院特邀Geoffrey Alan Rhodes教授作为学术主持人，与5位国际访问艺术学者驻地学院，焦聚跨媒介实践与综合媒介艺术创作，在上海开展为期一个半月的驻地创作、学术交流、文化教育、主题展览等系列活动。访问艺术学者还将共同创作完成主题艺术展，展览将于12月1日在八号桥艺术空间举行开幕仪式，届时将邀请知名学者、策展人、艺术专家等参与活动。文创学院也将在上海各大核心艺术地带举办一系列面向公众的艺术教育活动，敬请期待。

Edoardo Dionea CICCONI

Installation Artist/ Sculpture Artist

Edoardo Dionea CICCONI is an international contemporary artist who works with installations, sculpture, sound and other media. Addressing universal themes often in an interactive way, he tries to find a synthesis between Art & Science, investigating the concept and perception of “time”. Since 2018 the artist has chosen Palermo - Sicily as the ideal location for his studio. He works with the CADOGAN gallery in London UK.

Rui HU

Media Artist

Rui HU is Assistant Professor of Practice at the Department of Computational Media and Art at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), before this, he received his MFA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Hu Rui works with video, installation, games and simulation techniques, and focuses on issues that related to time and temporality from multiple perspectives, including causality, prediction, selection, language, etc. Recently received the Best Experimental Animation Award at the Ann Arbor Film Festival, Croatia 25FPS Film Festival jury special mention, shortlisted for the Hong Kong Arts Centre ifva Awards.

Tingwei LI

Visual Artist/ New Media Artist

Tingwei LI graduated from Universitat der Kunste Berlin, studied at Hunter College MFA program and Tongji University. Working with objects, images and videos, Tingwei is interested in phenomenon and core values in contemporary life. By addressing how human consciousness and behavior have been changed in consumer society, she deals with contemporary subject centered issues such as the self-optimization and the 'flexibleego' under conditions of marketing. She is among the Forbes' 30 Under 30 China 2017 in Art and Style.

Virginia RUSSOLO

Mixed Media Artist

Virginia RUSSOLO obtained a BFA from The University of Oxford, her work invents spaces where the laws of physics are suspended; sacrifice, the absurd and transgression open doors to new narratives. Instead she create ritualistic spaces, constructed following the logic of a ritual: endlessly repeated actions which allow the percolation of knowledge through time. This ritualistic aspect of her work is ordered around a heightened sensitivity to materials, focused both on their physical properties and their symbolic meaning. Virginia is participated in the Mediterranea 19 Young Artists Biennale in San Marino.

Jakub SWIECICKI

Textiles and Embroidery Artist

Jakub SWIECICKI currently is a PhD candidate at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, working on a collection of textile objects for blind and visually impaired people. Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Professionally asso- ciated with the Institute of Design in Kielce for many years, where he runs a Textile Studio. Engages in workshop activities, education, and organizing exhibitions. Creates works on the border of fiber art, craftsmanship, and textile design.

八号桥艺术空间1908粮仓，始建于1908年，原为“中国通商银行第二仓库”，后为民国大亨杜月笙的私家仓库，历经百余年而屹立。空间汇集“仓、河、桥、砖、木”元素，良好的艺术氛围和独特的空间结构让它成为苏州河畔一道靓丽风景。在这个历史建筑里，我们聚焦生活美学，举办展览展示、文化交流、艺术活动、影视摄制、话剧演出、时尚发布等等。这里不再有上海旧梦，有的却是苏州河畔的人文新篇章，阅读建筑，品位艺术，漫步苏州河畔，感受上海的城市温度。
