陶艾民用她的艺术作品向女书，这段未被记载的女性历史致敬。我之所以钟情于陶艾民的作品，是因为她结合人类学，女书历史和水墨艺术创作了一种独一无二的艺术语言，唯美的作品背后意义深刻。

Having first met Tao Aimin in Beijing in 2013 and focusing on her work in my doctoral research I am so excited that Sydney audiences will be able to discover how she takes little-known female histories and creates works that resonate with the contemporary world.
