2023年度Para Site慈善筹款拍卖现正于线上接受竞投：www.ps2023auction.com（“阅读原文”链接）！今年获得了由世界各地艺术家、画廊及好友慷慨捐赠的六十件拍品。拍卖预展将于2023年11月15日于Soho House Hong Kong开幕，展至11月20日。

2023年度Para Site慈善筹款拍卖包括现场拍卖与无声拍卖部分。无声拍卖将于本港时间2023年11月22日晚上11:30截止，而现场拍卖将于11月21日中午12时截止线上竞投。如有意透过缺席竞投或电话竞投参与11月22日晚的现场拍卖，欢迎与马元中小姐或陈辰珠小姐联络：gala@para-site.art。

The 2023 Para Site Benefit Auction is now live at www.ps2023auction.com! Bidonline now for sixty artworks and experiences, generously donated by artists, galleries and friends from all over the world. Drop by the opening reception of theauction preview on 15 November 2023 at Soho House Hong Kong to check out the artworks in person. The auction preview will be on view through 20 November 2023.

The 2023 Para Site Benefit Auction consists of live lots and silent lots. Silent lots areavailable for online bidding until 11:30pm HKT on 22 November 2023. Onlinebids for live auction items will close at 12pm HKT on 21 November 2023. You may also participate in the live auction on 22 November via absentee or phone bidding by contacting Kelly Ma or Juliana Chan at gala@para-site.art.

在过去的十几年里，谢南星持续进行着“肖像”系列的实践与探索。他对传统肖像画流派进行反思，对人物的刻画不同于惯常的描绘人物容貌的方式，而是通过某种叙事来塑造人物性格。在每一件肖像作品中，谢南星的绘画路径都有所不同。

The "Portrait" series is a significant ongoing series of works that Xie Nanxing has been working on for the past ten years. He reviews the traditional portrait genre, depicting people not as it is usually done, by painting their appearance, but by illustrating their personality through a narrative. Xie Nanxing's approach differs for every portrait, reflecting upon the person who is portrayed.

谢南星（1970年生于重庆）在中国北京和成都生活和工作。他的作品在国际广泛展出，曾在托马斯·戴恩画廊，英国伦敦（2023、2019）；Petzel，美国纽约（2022）；麦勒画廊，中国北京（2020、2015、2008）；尤伦斯当代艺术中心，中国北京（2018）；汉堡火车站艺术协会，德国汉堡（2005）；曼彻斯特美术馆，英国曼彻斯特（2003）；和普利策画廊，荷兰阿姆斯特丹（1998）等机构举办个展。2023年，他获得希克奖提名，并参加了在香港M+视觉文化博物馆举办的展览。

Xie Nanxing (b. 1970, Chongqing) lives and works in Beijing and Chengdu, China. He has exhibited widely internationally with solo exhibitions at Thomas Dane Gallery, London (2023, 2019); Petzel, New York (2022), Galerie Urs Meile, Beijing (2020, 2015, 2008); Ullens Center for Contemporary Art, Beijing (2018); Kunstverein Hamburger Bahnhof, Hamburg (2005); Manchester Art Gallery, Manchester (2003); and Pulitzer Gallery, Amsterdam (1998). In 2023 he was nominated for the Sigg Prize for which he exhibited at M+ Museum, Hong Kong.
