佛像是由白瓷素烧而成，这种洁白更增强了佛像的静穆感，和“出卖”、破裂、戴著花朵 的佛的境况形成了强烈的对比和张力，此时，尤其能感受到佛那静穆和慈悲有种无限的 穿透力，让人无法不反思、不羞愧于现实的无限堕落和腐败。人们似乎无处逃离现实的堕落和腐败，实则更无法逃离那宏大、无限又无形的对人道德和存在的审问。Buddha is made from unglazed porcelain, which further enhances how serene the Buddha is. And the paleness has revealed its strong tension in contrast to the Sales. At this point, in particular, the Buddhism can straightway pierces through the eyes as if can reflect on the endless depravity and corruption from reality. People seem to have nowhere to escape from the reality full of depravity and corruption, but actually from the infinite and invisible interrogation no morality and existence for we human being.
在刘瑾的作品中我们始终看到的是 我们的理想的破减和灵观的无处安放。所有的美丽神话和美好憧憬都被现实撞的支离破碎，生活在这样的时代，要么为了生计而苦苦挣扎。如果对现存的社会稍有思考，则对未来几乎是一片绝望。但更悲切的问题是，你无法逃离这样的环境，出走不是在这个时代就轻易能做的事情。Through Liu Jin’ works as all we've seen, and all beautiful taels including beautiful vision have collided with reality, end up in pieces. Living in such times you have to struggle against the plight, because you will feel no hope for future in case you think about the society. But what’s more mournful is that you can't escape from where you are standing by, for our age doesn't permit us a fly.
中国当代艺术家，独立电影导演。七十年代生于中国江苏省，长期居住北京。其艺术创作涉猎范围广泛，包括行为、摄影、绘画、装置。个体在当下的现实生存境况是贯穿于其创作的主线，早期作品《大酱缸》、《青春残酷》、《受伤天使》等均为国内外重要机构及个人收藏。近年来，刘瑾的艺术创作在观念的深度和广度上有更进一步的发展。《柏林墙》、《纪念碑》、《戴眼镜的人》等肖像系列、陶瓷雕塑系列作品如《鲁迅》、《佛》，都表现出从早期的个体生存体验的表达转为对人类普遍的存在和文化境遇的思考和关怀。
代表作品：“受伤的天使”，“戴眼镜的人”，“童话”。
2022年拍摄电影实验短片《夜与雾》及剧情短片《湖畔之秋》。
2023电影《夜与雾》获得官方入围“布宜诺斯艾利斯国际电影节（阿根廷最大影展）”电影实验短片单元。2023电影《夜与雾》获得官方提名入围“全亚洲独立电影节”最佳实验短片单元。

刘瑾Liu Jin
Liu Jin was born in Jiangsu Province, China，he is a Chinese contemporary visual artist. He had engaged in contemporary art creation since he come to Beijing in 1996. His creations involve painting, performance art, contemporary photography and experimental video. Liu Jin's artistic creation shows a shift from the expression of the living experience of the individual in the early stage to the reflection and concern for the universal and cultural conditions of human beings in the depth and breadth of concepts.Liu Jin's contemporary art works have been exhibited and collected in galleries and art galleries in China, the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Finland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Sweden, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Macao and other regions and countries. His work has been reported in major media and television broadcasts, including the Berliner Zeitung, American Art, Italian Art Review, Korean Photography, French THE Photo Magazine, Danish National Television, Associated Press and others.Representative works: "Injured angel", "The Spectacled People", "fairy tale".
