青策计划2023

上海当代艺术博物馆的“青年策展人计划”是国内目前独树一帜的青年策展人发展与研究项目。创立于2014年，“青策计划”致力于发掘和培育华人青年策展力量，至今已推出四十余位年轻策展人，实现了十九场实体展览和两场线上展览。在创立10周年的阶段性时刻，“青策计划2023”将离开PSA的展厅空间，走入城市，面向更具在地性质、流动的环境。同时，作为第14届上海双年展“宇宙电影”（Cosmos Cinema）城市项目的一部分，“青策计划2023”希望和“宇宙电影”这一主题形成多层面、多角度的对话，借由与不同背景、专业的观众的碰撞，重思展览的公共属性，展示“策展人”在公众范围内的角色和意义。

PSA Emerging Curators Project 2023

The Emerging Curators Project (ECP) of the Power Station of Art (PSA) is China’s exclusive development and research project for young curators. Since its inception in 2014, ECP has so far supported more than 40 young Chinese curatorial talents to realize a total of 19 physical exhibitions and 2 virtual presentations. At the milestone of its 10th anniversary, ECP 2023 will leave from PSA's gallery space and venture into the city, facing a more site-specific and dynamic environment. Being part of the City Projects of the 14th Shanghai Biennale, ECP 2023 expects to build dialogues with the theme of “Cosmos Cinema” from multiple perspectives, to rethink the public values of an exhibition through communications with the audience from different backgrounds and professions, and to highlight the role and significance of a “curator” in the public sphere.

“皮钦光谱：一种文化的非线编可能”从上海的历史获得灵感，以“洋泾浜英语”这一皮钦语作为切入，延伸至全球化语境下的文化交融。展示此环境下的艺术家群体的身份认知和文化反思，并且参与到更大范围历史情境的讨论。他们将自身锚定在语言演进光谱上的不同位置，作为文化杂糅的亲历者进行多元语汇的编辑转化。

“Pidgin Spectrum: Nonlinear Narratives of Multiculture” draws inspiration from Shanghai’s history, using the pidgin language “Yangjing Bang English” as an entry point and extending to the cultural integration of today's globalized context. It showcases the identity perception and cultural reflections of a new generation of artists who grew up in this background and delves into broader discussions related to the historical context. These artists anchor themselves at different positions on the spectrum of language evolution, editing and transforming diverse lexicons as witnesses to cultural amalgamation.

About Power Station of Art

Established on October 1, 2012, the Power Station of Art is the first state-run museum dedicated to contemporary art in mainland of China, as well as home to the Shanghai Biennale. Renovated from the former Nanshi Power Plant, it was once the Pavilion of the Future during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. The museum has not only witnessed the city’s vast changes from an industrial center to a digital powerhouse, but it is also a rich source of inspiration for artists with its simple yet straightforward architectural style. As the engine of new urban culture in Shanghai, the Power Station of Art values continuous innovation and progress as the key to its long-term vitality. The museum strives to provide an open platform for the public to learn about and appreciate contemporary art, break the barrier between life and art, and promote cooperation and knowledge generation between different schools of art and culture.

陈丹笛子，1990年出生于广西贺州，现工作生活于中国浙江。

2015年毕业于广州美术学院油画系。陈丹笛子的作品具有媒介共生的特点。她对录像、装置、摄影和文学的运用构成了所需的组成部分，以照亮亲密的、短暂的瞬间和人类的情感。她的作品探索了与自然和人工世界中反复出现的现象相遇的感知和体验。她探索的主题包括人类情感的异化，被异化的个体的希望和绝望，以及对自然和想象中的景观的观察。陈丹笛子的艺术探索的核心主题是自我认识和对生活环境的观察。揭示独特的时刻和情感之间隐藏的短暂本质是她创作过程的核心。

About Hua International

户尔空间（Hua International）是一家位于柏林与北京两地的当代艺术画廊，展览、出版和公共项目致力于跨学科及行为表演的艺术实践。画廊专注于发展与艺术家长期动态的合作关系，以其地理上的两地性为依托，扩展艺术家及其作品在迥异文化背景下的展览和接受。

以 XC.Hua 为名，经历了两年实验艺术策展项目运营积累后，花笑婵于2020年8月正式更名成立了户尔空间（Hua International），并在北京798艺术区、柏林历史悠久的当代艺术中心之一麦卡托庭院分别设立空间。在常驻两地空间之外，户尔空间也在国际知名的艺术博览会展示其艺术家作品。

Hua International is a contemporary art gallery located in Berlin and Beijing whose exhibitions, publications, and public programming supports cross-disciplinary and performative artistic practices. The gallery focuses on developing long-term relationships with its represented artists and leverages its geographic bilocation as a means to critically expand how their work can be presented and received in radically diverse cultural contexts.

After two years curating the experimental art and performance project XC·Hua, Xioachan Hua founded Hua International in August 2020 and inaugurated the new gallery with spaces in Berlin’s historic Mercator Höfe and Beijing’s acclaimed 798 Arts District.
