Hé (Harmony)

Harmony with the Community : Using the fluorescent colored geometric patterns of Pop Art ink painting, supplemented by the revolting style of Western music, striking a balance between the mechanical style of the community and the reflection towards materialistic life.

Harmony with Nature : In the four seasons, watching the flow of clear stream, trees, flowing water, pine trees, following the artistic conception and graceful movements. People can enjoy and admire these natural phenomena. Observing mountains in clouds, splashing waterfalls, the atmosphere and natural movements to reach a realm of self discovery.

Harmony with artistic life : Using words, calligraphy, mountains and waters, supplemented with contemporary philosophy to find the way of dancing to demonstrate oneself. Sections of dance : the courage of a sword and the mind of a qin, like mountains but not mountains, big phenomenon without shapes,.

Harmony with the heart : Painting one’s heart, from quiet zen, the sense of confusion and doubt, searching and calling of oneself, finally following the shapes of the mountains and waters, enjoying oneself according to one’s wish, and dancing to one’s desire.

The Way of Painting in Dance

The Rite of Spring

Wu is the most ancient dancer in China. She is a medium for humans to communicate with the Heaven and the Earth. In ancient times, Wu managed the Earth, pushed the clouds and the moon, faced the sky and fixed the ground. In the face of ancient instincts of people and animals, it was “survival for the fittest”. Wu settled disputes and differences, led their clans in dancing, and worshipped the goddess of spring to pray for prosperity and safety.

Following the wheel of time, watching snakes and birds fighting, wu realized the wisdom of Tai Chi. People began to search for the mysteries of the Heaven, the Earth and human beings in the Universe, trying to check on the actual status of the opponents. Wu gave away wisdom to the Earth while humans greedily grasped the rewards with giving love and care in return. Wu died in loneliness with a broken heart. The Nature called, reflecting on how to strike a balance between receiving and releasing.

Group Dance

In modern times, the choice is between Wu or technology, control command or love and unity. Benevolence can make the world a better place. Dancers and audiences dance the Tai Chi dance together in unison, wishing all a balance between the body and mind, harmony of the world and inclusion of all.
