莱亚·冯·温琴格罗德（Lea von Wintzingerode），在 “关于激进的爱的笔记” 展览展出了绘画和声音作品，反映了爱作为一种集体姿态的表达。展览基于爱的概念(以Lewis Gordon命名的“激进的爱”)，将爱理解为一种持续的社会关系，这种关系是由物质生活的所有过程塑造的。

The exhibition "notes on radical love" features new paintings and sound works by Lea von Wintzingerode, reflecting on love as an expression of a collective gesture.

The exhibition is based on the concept of love ('radical love' after Lewis Gordon) which comprehends love as an ongoing social relation that is shaped by all processes of material life. The exhibition invites us to question what it means to love in a society characterized by extreme individualism. The artist combines scenes and details partly based on personal experience and partly on collective memory with portraits referring to people of underground music and pop culture as well as to the influence of the écriture feminine up to the present.

Divided into different groups and deliberately juxtaposed with colored light or darkness, Lea von Wintzingerode shows a wall work with collages of found footage as well as paintings on canvas. The work "public speech" (2021), for instance, depicts a painted scene from the memory of a film set in which a group of women exchange on the practice of public speaking. Corresponding to this, two sound works are installed separately in the space, as well as a group of paintings focus on the topic of radical love as a state of unconditional acknowledgement of social, sexual and ethnic differences, as well as the permanent recreation of social space. Love here is meant as a process of breaking with the impossibility of loving.

The Oldenburg Art Association, founded in 1843 in Oldenburg, is one of the oldest art associations in Germany. Since its founding, the Oldenburg Art Association has organized over 850 exhibitions. Its aim is particularly to support contemporary artists. Artists such as J?rg Sasse, Thomas Ruff, John Bock, Michael Beutler, or Thomas Zipp have showcased their first institutional solo exhibitions here. Additionally, interdisciplinary events covering current affairs, philosophy, and visual arts are held.

Lea von Wintzingerode studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna and the University of Fine Arts, Hamburg. In 2016 she graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree under Prof. Jutta Koether.

About Hua International

户尔空间（Hua International）是一家位于柏林与北京两地的当代艺术画廊，展览、出版和公共项目致力于跨学科及行为表演的艺术实践。画廊专注于发展与艺术家长期动态的合作关系，以其地理上的两地性为依托，扩展艺术家及其作品在迥异文化背景下的展览和接受。

以 XC.Hua 为名，经历了两年实验艺术策展项目运营积累后，花笑婵于2020年8月正式更名成立了户尔空间（Hua International），并在北京798艺术区、柏林历史悠久的当代艺术中心之一麦卡托庭院分别设立空间。在常驻两地空间之外，户尔空间也在国际知名的艺术博览会展示其艺术家作品。

Hua International is a contemporary art gallery located in Berlin and Beijing whose exhibitions, publications, and public programming supports cross-disciplinary and performative artistic practices. The gallery focuses on developing long-term relationships with its represented artists and leverages its geographic bilocation as a means to critically expand how their work can be presented and received in radically diverse cultural contexts.

After two years curating the experimental art and performance project XC.Hua, Xioachan Hua founded Hua International in August 2020 and inaugurated the new gallery with spaces in Berlin’s historic Mercator H?fe and Beijing’s acclaimed 798 Arts District.
