大未來林舍畫廊很榮幸宣布於五月邀請英國獨立策展人Tamar Arnon & Eli Zagury 策劃,推出三位國際當代藝術家李昂哈德.霍茲邁爾(Leonhard Hurzlmeier)、喬丹.凱西(Jordan Kasey)、薇若妮卡.保索娃(Veronika Pausova)首次於台灣的全新創作展《三重奏:具象.表象.抽象的現代戲法 Hat-Trick》。此次展覽的作品,呈現三位藝術家以肖像、身體部位、靜物等元素,透過大膽、抽象而又充滿活力的構圖,表達對當代生活的關注,進一步探討具象、表象以及抽象繪畫之間關係的本質。

李昂哈德.霍茲邁爾是來自於德國的圖像幽默家,以其極簡抽象和明亮色彩的創作為人所知。藝術家打破文藝復興以來傳統人物肖像的表現方式,以更加抽象的手法詮釋具體事物。在畫面的構圖上,他以少見的數學構圖規則,遵循著一種近乎形式化的規律,進一步運用現代海報的繪畫語言,有意識地規避物象輪廓線的繪製,強調鮮豔明亮色彩的組構。在色彩與色彩對立下,凸顯幾何線條、圓弧精確地組成帽子、耳飾與煙斗等物件,而抽象簡約的色塊則形成人物的各種形象,構成獨特又詼諧幽默的畫面美感。

同樣對人體形態與結構有著深入研究的美國當代藝術家喬丹.凱西,透過巨石般人物形象的描繪,在寧靜而神秘氣氛的烘托下,展現一系列當代人類的處境與深沉抑鬱的情感。藝術家透過自身藝術與個人的成長與發展來塑造形象,運用流暢的線條在充滿建築元素的場景中勾勒出誇張比例的人物與巨大的身體部位、乾擦的筆觸刻劃紋理多變的肌理,在光影的安排,紅、綠、藍等濃厚沉靜的色調,與層次分明的肌理疊加出豐富的立體感,將繪畫主題具體化。作品中超現實的物象,在色彩與空間的建構下,引領觀者沉浸在畫面靜謐沉思的情境中。

來自捷克的藝術家薇若妮卡.保索娃的創作彙集了豐富的日常元素,在人物和主題意義的轉換間,試圖捕捉不同的情感和情境。花朵、身體部位、蝴蝶、器皿、衣物以及渲染的圖案與紋理,成為藝術家筆下刻畫的素材。每一件物品的詳細製作,都與藝術家對表面工藝實驗性的處理形成鮮明對比,這些處理過程有時具有指向性,但往往令人難以捉摸。在畫面表現上,各種形式作為圖案、符號或文字的反覆出現,其含義都將隨著每一個新的脈絡和語境而發生變化。
此展覽藝術家們以個人敘事為基礎,試圖用大膽的線條、流暢的筆觸和獨特的色調來探討各種永恆和詩意的視覺語言,探究並實驗形狀、形式和色彩以及對抽象和具象的呈現,其目的不是直接的反映現實,而是創造藝術性的詮釋、形塑新的美學與視覺語言。
Leonhard Hurzlmeier was born in 1983 in Starnberg, Germany. He lives and works in Munich, Germany. He studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Munich, from 2004 – 2011. Jordan Kasey was born in 1985 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She received her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
