这里是“灵感源”艺术工坊：数据可视化项目第三期——“亲爱的情绪”纸浆纤维艺术工坊，由艺术家Yuyang带领大家进行有关情绪记录与纸纤维创作。

“灵感源”艺术工坊是RONG源艺术空间推出的数据可视化项目，本项目将数据可视化通过不同的主题与艺术呈现方法，帮助大家学习使用数据的方式记录生活，投入更多的热情以及向内、向外的探索欲，在更深层次上链接自己、连接世界。“亲爱的情绪”的举行时间与报名二维码在本文最后。

This is the "Inspiration Spring Workshop": Data Visualization Project, Phase 3 — "Hello, emotions" Paper Fiber Art Workshop.Led by artist YUYANG, "Hello, emotions" is a visual art workshop where participants explore emotional recording and paper fiber creation.

"Inspiration Spring Workshop" is a data visualization project launched by RONG Art Space. Through different themes and artistic approaches, this project helps participants learn to document life using data, fostering greater enthusiasm and inward/outward curiosity while connecting more deeply with themselves and the world. 情绪是向我们提供与所处环境相关感受的重要信息，本身并无好坏之分，我们对情绪的看法会反过来决定情绪对我们的整体影响。当我们认为某种情绪“不好”时，可能就会产生忽略或回避的行为，导致接受和克服这种情绪变得更加困难，继而产生更深、更持久的负面影响。学会观察、理解和管理不同的情绪，把它当作日常生活的一部分，会对缓解我们的压力有很大的帮助。

Emotions are vital signals that provide us with feelings related to our environment—they are inherently neither good nor bad. Our perception of emotions ultimately shapes their overall impact on us. When we label an emotion as "negative," we may unconsciously ignore or avoid it, making acceptance and coping more difficult and leading to deeper, longer-lasting adverse effects. Learning to observe, understand, and manage different emotions—treating them as a natural part of daily life—can greatly help alleviate stress.

In the "Inspiration Spring Workshop" Data Visualization & Paper Fiber Workshop, we employ data visualization as an engaging method to document and encrypt the emotional traces embedded in our daily lives. By merging emotional data with paper fiber artistry, participants will ultimately create distinctive paper fiber artworks that possess both unique aesthetic appeal and profound emotional resonance.

艺术家YUYANG将为参与者提供不同形式的可视化方法，引导参与者根据自己的情绪记录卡，设计自己的个性化图例与手绘纸浆纤维作品草图。参与者在YUYANG的带领下，根据自己的可视化草图完成自己的情绪-纸浆纤维艺术呈现。

Artist YUYANG will guide participants through various visualization methods, helping them design personalized legends and hand-drawn paper fiber sketches based on their emotional record cards. Under YUYANG's mentorship, participants will then transform their visual sketches into finished emotional paper fiber art pieces.

YUYANG

毕业于伦敦艺术大学数据可视化设计专业，关注数据可视化的跨学科艺术项目，探索数据人文主义的本土实践，现主要工作生活在上海与伦敦。

Yuyang，1997 born in China. Holds an MA in Data Visualization Design from the University of the Arts LondonFocuses on interdisciplinary art projects exploring data visualization, with a particular interest in localized practices of data humanism. Currently works and lives between Shanghai and London.
