如恩荣获「DFA设计奖2025」三项大奖

由香港设计中心组织的DFA设计奖2025（Design for Asia Awards 2025）近期公布获奖项目名单。如恩设计的大连文化创意园区荣获办公空间类别金奖。同时，前滩31演艺中心荣获公共文化空间类别铜奖，上海前滩31雅辰酒店荣获酒店与休闲空间类别优异奖。

Organized by the Hong Kong Design Center, the DFA Design for Asia Awards 2025 has recently announced its winners. We are delighted to announce that our project, Dalian Cultural Center has been honored with the Gold Award under the Workspace category. Additionally, New Bund 31 Performing Arts Center has received the Bronze Award in the Culture & Public Space category, and Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai has been recognized with a Merit Award in the Hospitality & Leisure Space category.

如恩设计的“引庭”文化创意园区位于大连市区中心。“引庭”的概念源于场地隐秘而内敛的地理位置和城市肌理，这里承载着即将被遗忘却极具意义的城市记忆。作为适应性改造项目，如恩试图将这一老旧建筑群改造为服务当地社区和学生群体的创意空间。

Neri&Hu's design for a new mixed-use creative development is located in the heart of Dalian. The concept behind The Yard stems from a reflection on the project's context, situated in a hidden and introverted locus within the city; a small haven of a soon to be forgotten urban memory. As an adaptive reuse project, the aim is to transform the compound into a destination to serve the local community and student population.

前滩31演艺中心坐落于黄浦江畔的摩天大楼之中，内设大剧院和黑匣子展演空间，优越的地理位置使其或将成为前滩地区的建筑地标和文化目的地。如恩为该项目的设计概念为“竞技场（Arena）”，是一种对古典原型的当代诠释。

Situated along the bank of the Huangpu River amongst a cluster of shiny new skyscrapers, the New Bund 31 Performing Arts Center houses a grand theater and a black box performance space, well positioned to become an architectural landmark and cultural destination for the community. Neri&Hu's interior design concept for the project is "the arena," a contemporary interpretation of the classical archetype.

前滩31雅辰酒店坐落于上海浦东新区栉比鳞次的高楼之间，被构想为一片城市绿洲，带领宾客踏上一场惊喜与发现之旅。客房的设计同样呼应了“自然作为喘息空间”的概念。从中国传统园林的色调中汲取灵感，每个房间的中心区域采用白色纹理漆，环绕并延伸包裹由灰色石材雕刻出的客房入口和浴室空间。

Situated amidst a sea of skyscrapers in the Pudong District of Shanghai, the Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai is envisioned as an urban oasis that takes its guests on a journey of surprise and discovery. The concept of nature as respite is also applied to the guestrooms in the tower. Taking inspiration from the palette of traditional Chinese gardens, each room's central area is lined in a white plaster layer that wraps over the carved grey stone mass of the entry and bathroom.
