米其林指南正式发布2025年全球米其林星钥酒店榜单。我们荣幸地宣布，由如恩设计的上海素凯泰酒店与台北金普顿大安酒店入选米其林星钥酒店榜单。

The MICHELIN Guide officially released the global MICHELIN Key Selection. We are honored to announce that the Sukhothai Shanghai and the Kimpton Da An Taipei, both designed by Neri&Hu, have been awarded one MICHELIN Key.

上海素凯泰酒店是喧嚣城市中心的避风港，为逃离日常纷扰的旅行者们提供片刻的宁静。这一项目将抽象的内心景致具象化，无论在实际环境还是在心理感知上，都是一个沉静的空间。在酒店的公共空间内，访客们在木质屏风和半透明窗帘所打造的围合笼罩下，产生远离城市之感。

The Sukhothai hotel in Shanghai is an introverted fortress in the middle of the city's urban clamour, offering momentary insulation to travellers seeking a space of refuge away from the dramas of daily life. This project is an externalization of an abstracted inner landscape, a hushed zone in both its physical environment and the mentality it evokes. Throughout the public spaces of the hotel, the omnipresent sense of enclosures created with wooden screens and translucent layers of curtains cocoons the guests during their sojourn, creating a psychological distance away from the city.

线形的前台接待处以一面素色石墙为背景。比邻的酒店大堂中，灰色水磨石板错落堆叠而上升，勾勒出的主楼梯令人产生踏上飘浮台阶的错觉。轻巧的铜制扶手精巧地附于其上，既润饰了楼梯空间也增强了动感。上方的木制灯笼状结构笼罩了整个空间。编织的灯笼网格罩如同背景幕布，里面悬挂着一系列由铜与玻璃打造的定制吊灯，访客犹如身临荧光烁烁的森林一般。

Guests are greeted with a long reception desk set in front of a blank stone wall. Adjacent lies the hotel lobby, where grey terrazzo slabs are stacked, which begin to shift as they rise, forming a grand staircase that gives the illusion that guests are stepping on floating stairs. Lightweight bronze handrails are attached delicately, embellishing the staircase and reinforcing its sense of dynamism. Above, a wooden lantern-like structure hovers and envelops the space. The woven latticework of the lantern acts as a backdrop, suspending a series of custom bronze and glass pendant fixtures, making the guests feel as if they are walking into a forest of glowing lights.

在公共区域中，一系列具有隐喻性的景观依随功能变化而分布，从而决定了整体规划。如恩将设计隐喻置于抽象景观之中：网格柱阵和吊灯表达了秩序与等级的传统观念，而定制水磨石与釉面砖等材料则勾勒了自然界中的有机形态。以雕凿方式打通的各区域间保持着通透感：房间不一定用墙隔断，且主餐厅与大堂、入口也保持着连接。

In the public areas, the planning follows a series of metaphorical landscapes that change depending on the programme. The abstracted landscapes vary from adhering to classical notions of order and hierarchy, expressed with gridded columns and hanging lights, to more organic forms found in nature, which are translated into rich material applications with custom terrazzo and glazed tiles. Different zones are carved out with a sense of permeability. Rooms are not necessarily walled off, and the main dining space is open to the lobby and entry.

金普顿大安酒店位于台北大安区，酒店的设计概念意在创造一个室内的庇护所——一个退避于繁华市井的静地，但同时又不失这座城市所独有的丰富脉络和活力。金普顿大安酒店的设计难点之一在于，如何在现有的特殊的平面内，将一幢住宅楼改造成一个酒店。为了适应不同的房型，设计师特别为每一个房型定制了家具，从而满足客人对各种功能的要求。

Located in the pristine Da'an district of Taipei, the concept for the hotel design was to create an interior sanctuary – an urban retreat that offers a sense of calm and respite from the city's bustling streets and alleys, without losing the vibrancy and richness of its unique urban context. The challenge for Kimpton Da An was how to convert a residential building into a hotel due to the idiosyncrasies of the plan. To work with the many variances across the room types, bespoke wooden millwork elements were strategically tailored to each room type to create various functions catering to the guests' needs.

酒店的客房将“庇护所”这一设计概念所代表的亲密氛围和个人体验呈现得淋漓尽致。木质的门槛划分出房间内不同区域的界限，并在现有空间中制造出新的空间。而这在门槛围合之中的新的空间，也成为了一个短暂的庇护所，一个适宜冥思的内向的空间。浅色木质门槛上的开门和开窗，也为住客提供了内外交错的丰富视角。

The guestrooms offer the most intimate and personal experience of the sanctuary concept. Wooden insertions, expressed as thresholds, sectionalize the room to create in-between spaces. Enclosed in between the thresholds, this space offers a momentary retreat – an introverted space for contemplation. Punctured openings and windows in light-coloured wooden thresholds offer optional views internally and externally to the outside.

与客房所营造的体验不同，餐厅空间则是对公共用餐体验的热情描绘和庆祝，是台北丰富的街市文化的延伸。纵贯串联的恩菲拉德式墙体(Enfilade walls)划分出不同的公共区域，圈隔出一系列相互连接的空间，取自亚洲建筑中常见的一种空间类型。隔墙并未直接与地面连接，而是用木质的支脚支撑。墙面的设计采用色彩丰富的凹槽瓷砖和金属细节的纹理，灵感同样源自台北的街里巷弄。

In contrast to the guestroom experience, the restaurant is a celebration of the communal dining experience as an extension to the rich street life culture of Taipei. Different communal areas are divided by continuous enfilade walls creating a series of interconnected spaces, a common arrangement and typology often found in Asia. Enfilade walls are lifted with wooded legs and detached from the existing building perimeter, giving it sense of ephemerality. The custom designed wallpapers on the enfilade walls feature richly colored fluted tiles and metal work patterns inspired by the street and alleys of Taipei.
