如恩设计的“引庭”文化创意园区位于大连市区中心，毗邻多所高校和软件园区。“引庭”的概念源于场地隐秘而内敛的地理位置和城市肌理，这里承载着即将被遗忘却极具意义的城市记忆。作为适应性改造项目，如恩试图将这一老旧建筑群改造为服务当地社区和学生群体的创意空间。

Our design for a new mixed-use creative development is located in the heart of Dalian in close proximity to university campuses and software parks. The concept behind "The Yard" stems from a reflection on the project's context, situated in a hidden and introverted locus within the city; a small haven of a soon to be forgotten urban memory. As an adaptive reuse project, the aim is to transform the compound into a destination to serve the local community and student population.

The Telegraph Hotel, Georgia

第比利斯旧电报大楼是格鲁吉亚苏联时期的标志性建筑遗产。在沉寂荒废数十年后，如恩受丝路集团创始人George Ramishvili之邀，对该建筑进行改造，旨在实现历史遗产与当代建筑语言之间的自然融合。建筑首层被构想为城市公共空间的延伸：一系列交织的廊道，如同第比利斯的狭窄街巷，串联起餐厅、图书馆与俱乐部等公共设施，最终汇聚至中央庭院。在上层空间中，客房布局遵循原有的结构网格。空间从入口延展至休憩区与窗边，呈现出线性的秩序与节奏，仿佛火车车厢的流动感，亦是对历史上的丝绸之路致敬。

The former Telegraph Building in Tbilisi is amonumental piece of Georgia's Soviet-era heritage. Following decades of abandonment, Neri&Hu was invited by George Ramishvili, the founder of Silk Road Group, to transform the Telegraph Building, with the aim of creating a seamless fusion of historical preservation and modern architectural brilliance. The ground floor is masterfully conceived as an extension of the city's public realm. A network of corridors, evocative of Tbilisi's narrow alleyways, organizes a sequence of public venues with a number of restaurants, a library, a club culminating in the central courtyard. Within the upper floors, the guest rooms are organized within the existing structural grid. A linear, rhythmic arrangement moving from entrance to lounge to window evoking the experience of a railway carriage, a deliberate nod to the historic Silk Road.

Gros Bao餐厅位于法国马赛标志性旧港，坐落于一座融入坎比耶尔区城市肌理、兼具美学与历史感的石砌建筑中。设计通过在建筑中开辟出一条新的垂直通道，贯穿三层空间，将建筑分为两部分，形成一条全新的“动脉”。室内细节以现代手法演绎上海弄堂的传统风貌，模糊了公共与私密、烹饪与用餐的界限，同时捕捉了传统巷弄中独特的生活气息与街巷活力。

Located in the backdrop of the iconic Old Port of Marseille, Gros Bao Marseille inherited a beautiful historical building that is embedded in the urban fabric of the Canebière district. The design proposal materializes the connection between these dual spaces by carving out a new artery, creating a new lane cutting the building in two parts spanning its full 3 storey height. The interiors feature details that take a modern interpretation of Shanghai's longtang (alleyway) heritage, creating a new connection that blurs public and private boundaries, cooking and dining scenes, and captures the spirit and vibrant street life that can be typically found in these traditional alleyways.

由如恩设计研究室打造的蓝瓶咖啡釜山店，坐落于水营江畔，背倚白山，远眺广安大桥，成为城市中的新型社交空间。设计灵感源自韩国传统的“maru”，这一开放而过渡性的空间原型在当代设计语境中被重新诠释，使空间既与山水景致自然相连，又延续韩屋的空间精神。内部楼梯宛若灯笼，悬于挑空之中，配合胶合板、陶土等可持续材料，共同营造出一个承载文化意蕴与环保理念的城市门户。2026年，更多由如恩设计的蓝瓶咖啡门店也将陆续与大家见面。

Overlooking Busan's Suyeong River and Gwangan Bridge, Blue Bottle Coffee is a social hub designed by Neri&Hu. Inspired by the traditional Korean “maru,” an open, transitional space, the café connects the river and Baek Mountain. The design reinterprets classical hanok elements, featuring a lantern-like staircase and sustainable materials like plywood and terracotta, creating a culturally resonant and environmentally conscious gateway. In 2026, a series of new Blue Bottle Coffee stores designed by Neri&Hu will be unveiled.

如恩受邀为位于纽约曼哈顿中城东区的一座35层高端公寓楼打造室内设计，其灵感源自该片区的地质历史与装饰艺术风格。设计诠释着场地层叠交织的建筑文脉，在时间沉淀的美感与当代城市的的律动之间取得平衡。

Neri&Hu's interior design for the 35-story luxury condominium tower in Midtown East Manhattan draws inspiration from both the neighborhood's geologic history and its Art Deco heritage. The design narrates the neighborhood's layered architectural legacy while balancing timeless beauty with contemporary urban energy.

如恩受邀为健康饮品小山堂打造的五家门店，如同源而生、因境而异的兄弟姐妹：在延续统一设计基因的同时，亦各自呈现出鲜明个性。在对材料触感、空间秩序与文化延续的共同坚持下，门店的设计语言虽各具差异，却传递着相同的核心价值：健康、匠心，以及对空间细节与变化的精心考量。

Like siblings born of the same lineage yet shaped by different contexts, the five stores for Shan's Brew, a health-conscious beverage brand, designed by Neri&Hu each embody a shared DNA while expressing unique personalities. Bound by a commitment to tactile materials, spatial clarity, and cultural continuity, these siblings speak in different voices yet echo the same values: wellness, craftsmanship, and the art of thoughtful transition.

香港Aeonea办公空间，中国

如恩以Homi Bhabha的“第三空间”理论为灵感，对坐落于香港恒基大厦19层的Aeonea办公空间进行了全新演绎。设计模糊了工作、居所与社群的界限，通过三重空间元素展开：一座嵌入式房屋结构，内部承载相对私密的功能；一处作为协作场所的中央庭院；以及由回收砖围合而成的“花园”、提供休憩与共享的场所。

Perched on the 19th floor of Hong Kong's Henderson Tower, Neri&Hu reimagines the office through Homi Bhabha theoretical idea of a "third space." Blurring boundaries between work, home, and community, the design is organized into three elements: a house-like structure with enclosed rooms, a central courtyard for collaboration, and a reclaimed brick "garden" with lounges and communal tables.

项目坐落于意大利科莫湖畔，如恩通过设计介入一座始建于十九世纪、在百余年间不断扩建的历史别墅。设计改造充分尊重历史的层积感，通过对室内空间的重组与再诠释，在既有建筑中梳理连续性与动线逻辑，为来访者营造出富有层次与叙事感的空间体验。酒店预计将于2026年3月正式开幕。

Located on the shores of Lake Como, the project intervenes within a nineteenth-century villa that had gradually accumulated a series of architectural additions over more than a century. The design respects this historical layering, focusing on the reconfiguration and reinterpretation of interior spaces to articulate continuity, enhance circulation, and offer visitors an experience of depth, narrative, and refinement within the existing architecture. The hotel is scheduled to officially open in March 2026.

南非开普敦的V&A滨水区历史可追溯至 1654年，最初只是供远航船只停泊补给的小型码头。如今，这片滨海之地已演变为南非最具吸引力的旅游目的地之一。在这一承载着航海记忆与城市历史的场所中，如恩受邀设计一座143间客房的全新高端酒店，将于山海之间展开空间叙事，回应并致敬这座城市的海事遗产。

Originating in 1654 as small jetty for ships making the long journey around the African continent to dock and refresh, the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town is now one of the most visited destinations in all of South Africa. In this rich context, Neri&Hu was given the challenge of designing a new 143-key luxury hotel that offers majestic views of both sea and mountain, while appreciating the city's maritime heritage.

坐落于景德镇凤凰山麓，如恩设计的英迪格与逸衡酒店项目紧邻城市中心。设计以青白瓷与祭红等地域性色调为纽带，通过匠心工艺所留下的触感印记彼此相连，在同一文化脉络中展开一场关于新与旧、静与动的共生对话。

Located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Jingdezhen, China, Neri&Hu was commissioned to design two new hotels near the city center, Hotel Indigo and EVEN Hotels. Connected through regional colors like Sacrificial Red and Qingbai porcelain tones, as well as through the tactile imprint of artisanship, the two hotels represent old and new, stillness and movement forming a symbiotic dialogue within the same cultural lineage.

山峰理诺士学校文化中心，中国

如恩受邀为山峰教育集团打造其位于上海崇明岛的山峰理诺士学校文化中心。19,000平米的建筑空间不仅为师生提供活动场所，同时也服务于更广泛的公众群体——艺术中心、黑匣子剧场、书店、教师公寓楼，实训零售、餐饮空间以及实训酒店。在崇明岛的自然环境中，如恩以“chōra”为题，在严谨的教学之中为学生们提供探索自我的空间，给予未来无限想象。

Neri&Hu is tasked to design the cultural quarter of an entirely new school campus providing hospitality vocational education programs, located on Shanghai Chongming Island. The 19,000 square meters of programming includes amenities not only for the school, students and teachers alike, but will also serve the larger community—an art center, a black box theater, a bookstore, retail and restaurants, a faculty dormitory and hotel. Beyond the lush natural environment of Chongming Island, Neri&Hu explores the notion of “chōra” to provide space to students where they may discover the essence of who they are and what they can be. 

常熟阿那亚文化中心，中国

常熟阿那亚文化中心坐落于常熟昆承湖畔，一座红砖构筑的建筑从地面升起，以其沉稳而有力的体量成为街区崭新的地标与精神中心。项目被构想为承载集体记忆的长期载体，其基座以开放之姿融入街区肌理，通透的界面模糊了内外的界限，将剧场、大堂、酒吧、咖啡与书店编织成连续的城市生活场景。

At the water's edge of Aranya Kuncheng Lake, a red-brick structure rises quietly from the ground, its solid mass anchoring itself as a new landmark and spiritual center within the emerging urban fabric. Conceived as a vessel of collective memory, the architecture aspires toward permanence not through monumentality, but through the quiet persistence of presence. The open base dissolves boundaries between interior and exterior, weaving the theater, lobby, bar, café, and bookstore into a continuous urban narrative where life unfolds in layers of light and shadow.

During Milan Design Week (April 8–13, 2025), Neri&Hu unveiled a series of product designs created for Cassina, Gervasoni, Moorgen, and Nilufar. In addition, the October Collection designed by Neri&Hu for De La Espada was also unveiled. These works represent Neri&Hu's interdisciplinary approach that seeks to find meaningful dialogue between furniture, lighting, and product design within architecture.

在中国古代，风筝被称为“纸鸢”，最初用于传递信息，后来逐渐成为日常娱乐活动的一部分。受风筝结构及其吉祥寓意的启发，如恩以风筝制作工艺为特色，打造了该系列灯具。灯罩与传统的风筝结构相似，半透明的织物包裹着纤细的金属丝框架，灯光在织物的微妙纹理上展现出优雅柔和的照明效果。

In ancient China, kites, known as "zhiyuan," were initially used to deliver urgent messages and later became a joyful pastime in the daily life. Inspired by the structure of a kite and its auspicious associations, Neri&Hu have created a lighting collection featuring kite-making craftsmanship. A translucent fabric wraps around the thin metal wire frame, similar to a traditional kite structure, and becomes the shade of the lamp. The light's thin section, meticulously examined to achieve the smallest feasible size, provides a gentle and elegant lighting effect on the subtle texture of the woven fabric.

Strap床回应了身体对于支撑与包裹的双重需求。木质框架提供清晰的结构支撑，犹如骨架一般稳固。框架上方的软垫层如同人体的肌肉，赋予床体力量与柔韧。床头上包裹的第二层皮革带，犹如皮肤与韧带，创造出柔软与张力之间的微妙平衡，展现了不同材质的层叠交织，共同围合出一个贴近身体的栖居之所。

Strap Bed treats the bed itself as a metaphor for the human body. It starts with a wooden frame structure, acting as the skeletal framework for the other elements to come together cohesively. Upon the frame rests a soft upholstery layer, like the musculature of our bodies, giving both strength and suppleness. A second layer draped onto the headboard and secured by a leather strap are like skin and ligament, providing a delicate balance between softness and tension.

映系列灯具的灵感源自带有倾斜木制平面，常用于放置礼拜书或乐谱的传统讲台。如恩设计了两种不同形状的石材造型，既可以作为重要文件的阅读架，也可以作为照明灯管的基座。为追求材质与造型之间的平衡，石材的丰富纹理质感与灯体玻璃材质以及精致的金属饰面共同营造出一种静谧且富有层次的感官体验。

Luminate was inspired by the traditional lectern, which features a slanted wooden plane used as a platform for liturgical books or musical scores. Neri&Hu crafted stone profiles in two different shapes to serve as supports for important reading documents, as well as bases for lighting attachments. Seeking a balance between rich materiality and primitive form, the stone—with its varying grain and texture—presents a striking contrast to the elegant glass and delicate metal finishes of the light.

观的设计蕴含着雕塑般的审美，意在引导观者从充满无数景象的纷扰世界中，重新发现光影的关系。灯光在反射与折射之间流转，随着视线的移动与角度的变化，呈现出柔和的明暗交织。在镜面、网格与金属的界面中，光影时而明晰，时而朦胧，不断变化，引导观者步入一个既真实又梦幻的空间。

The Spectacle is Neri&Hu's sculptural reflection on the intricate world we inhabit—one where our lives are often "surrounded by an immense accumulation of spectacles," and reality is experienced vicariously, rather than directly. Through shifting views and moving perspectives, the central light reflects and refracts in varying degrees of illumination—some genuine, others fleeting—shaped by the interplay of lenses, mesh, plates, and the human eye.

如恩将这把椅子视为“间”概念的有形化身，它不仅是一件家具，更是一则关于新季节的静默宣言。其胡桃木结构坚固持久，诉说着经典秩序的永恒智慧；而柔韧的皮革坐面则可塑而贴合，感知着每一次挪动与停留。桌子作为同一设计逻辑的延伸，颂扬永恒与短暂间的辩证关系。其结构以同样的实心胡桃木雕琢而成，作为承载的基础，重申着作为根基的秩序智慧那坚定不移的存在感。

Neri&Hu envision this chair not merely as an object, but as the material embodiment of a threshold—a quiet manifesto for the new season. Its walnut structure, solid and enduring, speaks to the permanence of institutional wisdom, while the supple leather upholstery—malleable, responsive—invites the body to imprint its transient presence. The table, conceived as an extension of the same logic, celebrates this dialectic between the enduring and the ephemeral. Its structure, carved from the same solid walnut, reiterates the steadfast presence of institutional wisdom, a foundation that holds and supports.

In 2025, alongside a series of architectural practice, Neri&Hu are also actively involved in education and research fields. Lyndon Neri, Founding Partner of Neri&Hu Design and Research Office was invited to teach at Princeton University School of Architecture as Visiting Professor during the spring semester of 2025. Neri&Hu's Founding Partner Rossana Hu continues to serve as Chair of the Department of Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design.

Alongside a series of architectural practice, Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu are also actively involved in education and research fields, delivering lectures at institutions and platforms including the University of Colorado Denver College of Architecture and Planning, the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Louisiana AIA, IDEAT x ASKO Forum, Iowa State University in Rome, Copenhagen's 3daysofdesign, the NPATAK International Architecture Festival, the Dallas Architecture Forum's 2025–2026 Lecture Season, the Museum of Serralves in Porto, a lecture jointly organized by the Iceland University of the Arts, the Icelandic Association of Architects, and THG architects, and among others.

Modeling the World,  China

2025年3月-9月，如恩阿那亚艺术中心模型在秦皇岛和深圳的群展《万物模型》中展出。本次展览通过四组以艺术模型为原型的创作，结合阿那亚多座地标建筑的模型及设计图纸，共同探讨建筑与艺术之间的交感与碰撞。

From March to September 2025, Neri&Hu's model of the Aranya Art Center was featured in the group exhibition Modeling the World in Qinhuangdao and Shenzhen, China. The exhibition presents four parallel projects rooted in models by artists, alongside architectural models and design drawings of Aranya's landmark buildings.

2025 KIFA国际女性建筑师交流展，韩国

2025 KIFA International Exchange Exhibition for Women Architects, South Korea

2025年5月，如恩受邀参加于韩国举办的“2025 KIFA国际女性建筑师交流展”。本次展览通过展板与模型，集中呈现了27位国际知名女性建筑师及50位韩国女性建筑师的作品。如恩在展览中呈现了一系列代表作，包括：水舍南外滩精品酒店、青普扬州瘦西湖文化行馆、深圳南头古城有熊酒店及雪花秀首尔旗舰店等。

In May 2025, Neri&Hu was invited to participate in the 2025 KIFA International Exchange Exhibition for Women Architects in Seoul. The exhibition included works by 27 internationally renowned women architects and 50 Korean women architects through panels and architectural models. Neri&Hu presented a selection of key projects, including The Waterhouse at South Bund; Tsingpu Yangzhou Retreat; Nantou City Guesthouse in Shenzhen; and the Sulwhasoo Flagship Store in Seoul.

33rd Contemporary Architects of the World - INTERNATIONAL 2025, Japan

2025年7月-9月，如恩受邀参加日本东京GA美术馆举办的第三十三届国际现代世界建筑家展-INTERNALTIAONAL，如恩设计的南非开普敦V&A滨水区的酒店项目在此次展览中展出。此外，展览作品同期刊登于日本著名建筑设计杂志GA DOCUMENT 167/INTERNATIONAL 2025。

Neri&Hu was invited to participate in the INTERNATIONAL 2025 exhibition at GA Gallery in Tokyo. Our ongoing project in Cape Town, Quay 7 Hotel, was featured in the showcase. At the same time, the project was published in GA DOCUMENT 167/INTERNATIONAL 2025, one of the most famous Japanese architectural design magazines.

The 5th Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism, South Korea

如恩受邀参加第五届首尔建筑与城市双年展。本次参展作品包括阿那亚艺术中心、深圳南头古城有熊酒店、水舍南外滩精品酒店及青普扬州瘦西湖文化行馆。围绕双年展主题，展览深入探讨了建筑立面与材料物质性如何激发情感共鸣，并为更具人文关怀的城市环境提供可能。

Neri&Hu's projects were selected as part of the 5th Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism. The presentation featured Aranya Art Center, Nantou City Guesthouse, The Waterhouse at South Bund, and Tsingpu Yangzhou Retreat. Responding to the Biennale's theme, these works explore how the building fa?ade and the material presence of architecture can foster emotional connection and contribute to a more humane urban environment.

2025年如恩受邀参加在普林斯顿大学建筑学院展览空间举办的主题群展The House Transformed，展出其概念作品Double Split House。本次展览由普林斯顿大学建筑学院院长Mónica Ponce de León策划，并预期于2026年2月起，巡展至纽约Van Alen研究所。

Neri&Hu showcased the project Double Split House in the exhibition The House Transformed at the Princeton University School of Architecture Gallery from September 2025 to January 2026. The exhibition, curated by Mónica Ponce de León, Dean of the Princeton University School of Architecture, will be on view at the Van Alen Institute in New York from February 2026.

Celebrating 12 years of collaboration, Portugal

2025年10月至11月，De La Espada 举办了名为《致敬协作十二载》回顾展，重点展示了如恩在过去十二年间为其品牌设计的产品。通过现场展出的 14 把椅子，展览追溯了双方合作历程及其背后的设计思考。

From October to November 2025, De La Espada presented Celebrating 12 Years of Collaboration, a retrospective exhibition highlighting twelve years of seating designs by Neri&Hu for the brand. Featuring 14 chairs, the exhibition traced the evolution of the collaboration and its underlying design thinking.

In October 2025, the exhibition REGENERACIONES: China y Espa?a en el Espejo curated by Tongji University and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, officially opened at La Casa de la Arquitectura in Madrid. Neri&Hu exhibited Lao Ding Feng Beijing project as part of the exhibition, for which will be open until April 30, 2026.

Neri&Hu has won more than thirty prestigious international awards in the past year, such as Architectural Record Awards, Best of Year Awards, ELLE DéCOR Italia Best of Interiors, AR Future Projects Awards, DNA Paris Design Awards, Design Anthology Awards, APIDA Awards, Archello Awards, Architizer A+Awards, Design for Asia (DFA) Awards, Brick Awards, AZ Awards, and among others. The Sukhothai Shanghai and the Kimpton Da An Taipei, both designed by Neri&Hu, have been awarded one MICHELIN Key in the global MICHELIN Key Selection.

如恩设计研究室创始合伙人郭锡恩于2025年6月5日在波士顿AIA建筑与设计大会上被正式授予美国建筑师协会荣誉院士称号（Hon. FAIA）。

Our founding partner, Lyndon Neri has been formally elevated to Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (Hon. FAIA). The distinction was conferred during the Investiture Ceremony at the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design at Trinity Church in Boston in June 2025.
