「纯化艺术语言研究展」即将于5月16日于科纳艺术中心KCCA呈现，汇集孟禄丁、徐赫、闫博三位当代艺术家的艺术探索实践，围绕艺术语言如何在当下语境中被重构与再定义展开。本次展览并不试图为“纯化”提供单一范式，而是将其视为一种持续发生的临界状态：在图像、材料与结构的相互牵引中，艺术语言不断被逼近其自身的边界。展览聚焦于那些拒绝既定叙述与风格惯性的实践，呈现语言如何在生成与重组中获得新的感知可能。展览将于2026年5月16日下午15点开幕，并持续至2026年8月8日。

The Purification of Artistic Language Research Exhibition will open on 16 May at KCCA, bringing together the practices of three contemporary artists—Meng Luding, Xu He, and Yan Bo. The exhibition examines how artistic language can be reconfigured and rearticulated within the conditions of the present. Rather than proposing a singular model of "purification", it approaches the term as an ongoing threshold condition: under the mutual tensions of image, material, and structure, artistic language is continually driven towards its own limits. Focusing on practices that resist established narratives and stylistic inertia, the exhibition highlights how language, through processes of emergence, destabilisation, and reconfiguration, opens up new perceptual possibilities. The exhibition will open at 3:00 PM on 16 May, 2026, and remain on view through 8 August, 2026.

About The Artist

孟禄丁｜Meng Luding

孟禄丁（b. 1962，河北保定），1983年毕业于中央美术学院附中，1987年毕业于中央美术学院油画系，同年留校执教于油画系第四画室。1990年就读于德国卡尔斯鲁赫国立美术学院。现任教于中央美术学院油画系第五工作室，教授，博士生导师，北京电影学院博士生导师。

Meng Luding (b. 1962, Baoding, Hebei) graduated from the Affiliated High School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1983, and received his BFA from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in 1987. In the same year, he joined the faculty and taught in the Fourth Studio of the Oil Painting Department. In 1990, he pursued further studies at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe in Germany. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Fifth Studio of the Oil Painting Department at the CAFA, and also serves as a doctoral supervisor at the Beijing Film Academy.

徐赫｜Xu He

徐赫（b. 1972，河南），1995年毕业于中央民族大学油画专业，2008年毕业于德国卡塞尔艺术学院自由绘画专业，并于一年后毕业于德国卡塞尔艺术学院自由绘画专业大师班，德鲁特·冯·温特海姆工作室，目前生活工作于北京和柏林。

Xu He (b. 1972, Henan) graduated in 1995 from the Oil Painting Department of Minzu University of China. He later pursued his studies in Germany, completing his degree in Fine Art (Freie Malerei) at the Kunsthochschule Kassel in 2008, followed by a Meisterschüler qualification in the studio of Dorothee von Windheim the following year. He currently lives and works between Beijing and Berlin.

闫博｜Yan Bo

闫博（b. 1970，北京），现工作生活于北京，是活跃于当代艺术领域的重要艺术家之一。他于1996年毕业于天津美术学院，2002年结业于中央美术学院油画材料与表现硕士研究生课程班。1990年起至今参加了国内外各联展共三十余次。

Yan Bo (b. 1970, Beijing) lives and works in Beijing and is recognised as a significant figure in the field of contemporary art. He graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1996 and later completed the postgraduate program in Oil Painting Materials and Techniques at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2002. Since 1990, he has participated in more than thirty group exhibitions both in China and internationally.
