“人才”通常意味着一种被社会认可的能力。

但身体中是否还存在另一类“才能”——那些没有意图的动作，无法进入简历的经验，无法被量化的感知。这些才能并不一定是精巧的手艺，它们可能只是一些微小的身体智慧，或者是好玩的特异功能。

在“人才”工作坊中，徐立霜将邀请大家一同通过聊天，观察，问卷调查，动作实验的方式，一同探讨“身体才能”，理解身体是如何被塑造为“有用之物”的。

*参与者不需要任何表演经验。工作坊中的过程可能会被拍摄，在被允许的情况下成为后续影像作品的一部分。

关于艺术家

徐立霜 Lishuang Xu

徐立霜，1989出生于湖南长沙。伦敦艺术大学切尔西艺术学院纯艺术一等荣誉毕业。现生活于上海。

徐立霜借助行为艺术、影像艺术以及装置艺术，邀请观众直面身体与感知在快速变化的社会中所经历的不安。她关注身体，劳动，空间变迁和绩效体系。以异化的方式呈现主观感知与客观现实的纠缠。

徐立霜曾参与深圳美术馆、OCAT（深圳）艺术中心、广州美术学院大学城美术馆、油罐艺术中心、喜马拉雅美术馆、UP-ON国际现场艺术节(A4美术馆）、美凯龙艺术中心、Hong美术馆、Third Street Gallery、AIKE 画廊、英国Triangle Space、Non-Space、波兰数字艺术双年展等展览、驻地和表演项目。

Lishuang Xu (b, 1989 in Changsha, Hunan) Graduated with First-Class Honours in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts, University of the Arts London. Currently lives and works in Shanghai.

Lishuang Xu works with performance, video, and installation, inviting audiences to confront the unease experienced by the body and perception within a rapidly changing society. Her practice focuses on the body, labour, spatial transformation, and systems of performance and evaluation. Through strategies of alienation, she reveals the entanglement between subjective perception and objective reality.

Lishuang Xu has participated in exhibitions, residencies, and performance projects at Shenzhen Art Museum; OCAT; Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts University City Art Museum; Tank Shanghai; Himalayas Museum; A4 Art Museum; Macalline Art Center; Hong Museum; Third Street Gallery; AIKE Gallery; Triangle Space (UK); and Non-Space. Her video works have also been screened at the Polish Digital Art Biennale.

柳浪闻莺艺术驻留项目（OSWAR）于2024年由啥空间（Schein Space）发起，选择在一个开放式的空间展开——这里没有高墙与围栏，而是一扇可以推开的门，一个临湖、临柳、临宅、临声的流动性所在。在驻留项目的实践中，我们尝试探索一种不依赖展览中心逻辑的工作方式，转向更“透明的、不确定的、协作的”创作状态——这不只是艺术家的自我表达，更是一种与环境、人群和日常发生关系的过程。我们鼓励和支持艺术家在驻留期间进行创作、交流、参与、公开，我们扎根杭州，希望能为杭州的艺术生态提供氧气。
OSWAR — Initiated by Schein Space in 2024, this residency program encourages and supports artists to create, exchange, participate, and make their work public through practices marked by confrontation, uncertainty, transparency, contradiction, sincerity, and collaboration. Rooted in Hangzhou, the program aims to contribute to the city’s evolving artistic ecology.
