Tong Gallery+Projects将于2026年8月8日呈现展览《微缩、巨物、收藏品》。展览将带来三位艺术家的最新作品。展览将于 2026 年 8月 8 日开幕并持续至2026年 9 月 6日。

Tong Gallery+Projects will present the exhibition "Miniature, Gigantic, Collection". The exhibition will showcase the newest works of three artists. It will open on August 8, 2026, and run until September 6, 2026.

微缩、巨物、收藏品

“微缩”则是一种对宏观客体进行结构化、理性收拢的认知方式，它将复杂的客体简化并呈现在可控的视觉空间内；“巨物”指向那些超越个体肉身直接感知范围的客体，涵盖了自然的宏大系统、历史的演变过程以及带有强迫性的社会信息流；“收藏品”则代表着一种去情境化的物化过程，人们将特定时空中的经验、情绪与记忆进行提取并予以凝固，使其转化为独立于日常流变之外的物质凭证。这三个维度构成了个体处理自我与外部现实关系时的基本框架。 

“微缩”、“巨物”与“收藏品”并不作为修辞性的概念出现，而是代表着三种不同的视角认知尺度与实践策略。展览立足于对个体生存经验与当下社会物质形态的考察。苏珊·斯图尔特（Susan Stewart）的《论渴求》（On Longing）为理论参照，现代社会复杂的生产机制与碎片化的信息秩序对个体形成了一种无形的笼罩，在这一背景下，艺术创作为重新衡量自身与外
部世界关系的充当一种观察角色。

Miniature, Gigantic, Collection

"Miniature" is a cognitive approach that structurally and rationally condenses macro-level objects, simplifying complex entities and presenting them within a controllable visual space. "Gigantic" refers to objects that transcend the direct perceptual range of an individual’s physical body, encompassing the grand systems of nature, the evolutionary processes ofhistory, and the coercive flows of social information. "Collection" represent a process of de-situationalization, where individuals extract and solidify experiences, emotions, and memories from specific times and spaces, transforming them into material evidence independent of daily fluctuations. These three dimensions constitute the fundamental framework through which individuals manage their relationship with external reality.

"Miniature," "Gigantic," and "Collection" do not appear as rhetorical concepts but represent three different cognitive scales and practical strategies. The exhibition is based on the investigation of individual existential experiences and the material forms of contemporary society. Susan Stewart's "On Longing" serves as a theoretical reference; the complex production mechanisms and fragmented information order of modern society create an invisible encasement for individuals. Against this backdrop, artistic creation plays an observational role in reevaluating the relationship between oneself and the external world.
