THE FIELD (formerly O2art) was founded in 2011. A permanent space was established in Beijing in 2018, relocated to the 798 Art District in 2022, and reopened in 2026 following a major renovation and the institution’s renaming.

We continue to support professional artists who are constantly developing their own artistic methodologies and advancing their practice through sustained research. This account shares exhibition announcements, artists’ works, and updates on our ongoing work.
